We love JPan, especially the Siesta location! The sushi is fresh and artistically prepared, the portions plentiful, and the service friendly. We especially loved the rock shrimp appetizer. This remains our go-to sushi restaurant in the area!
The new GLUTEN free menu is worthless. It has virtually nothing on it, but if you ask several items can be made gluten free. So put items that can be made gluten free on the gluten free menu!!
I was really looking forward to visiting J'pan. Not very impressed. The sushi was ...good. Ambiance was clean, but not overly warm and comfortable. I ordered tempura veggies and also the spider roll with fried squid. The frying oil for both tasted old. I have to say the staff was welcoming and friendly. The music was not my taste...a bit loud and obnoxious. If you are looking for quick, the whole dinner was over in 40 minutes. Will probably not go back.
