I wish I could keep it a secret how much I love this place and how great the food here is so that I may enjoy it all to myself, but thats not too helpful to the business. HahaFor real, though...this place is a great lunch and dinner location. You can also find live music here throughout the week and weekend. Try the Ybor Burger. You won't be sorry.

Great selection of food and beer. The appetizer of chips and salsa wasn't the best, but the sandwiches and seafood were worth it. I had the Cuban sandwich; perfect amount of pickles, ham, and pork ratios on well-toasted bread. The outdoor seating is a plus.Parking: The parking lot is small.

I heard that they would not let a customer in with his service animal. I would most definitely not want to go to an eatery where service animals are not allowed. Shame Shame

I loved the charm of this place. It's a small restaurant that makes you feel like your in a home (it might be in an old house?). We found a table that seated 6 people - there are only a few tables that do. The walls have all sorts of eclectic items on the wall. Specials for the day were posted near the door. Sadly, the jambalaya they had that day was all sold out. Instead I opted in for the Ropa Vieja and it was delicious! It was a hearty serving that came with rice, beans, plantains, and bread. The dish was absolutely flavorful and exactly what I was in search of. Others at the table had cubans and the basa (grouper like) sandwich. Everyone seemed pleased with the dish, except the cuban seemed to be missing mustard/mayo. Also to note, the restaurant has daily/lunch specials that are worth looking up. If I recall correctly, music is played several times per week if not everyday. It was a fun place to take visitors and I'll definitely be bring more guests.
Unfriendly to vets with service dogs. Turned me away saying we could not enter the building. The dog was clearly naked with silver lettering on black back ground. We were told "I don't care if it is a service dog". Never a question if she was or was not. The law says that service dogs are not required to wear a vest. The police had no problem with the dog. Google it. No. The ADA does not require service animals to wear a vest, ID tag, or specific harness. Ginger was.
Hands Down a 5 Star place to enjoy a home cooked meal with love from the kitchen. Best place to unwind and feel what life is about. Good atmosphere, good food, good music, great place !!

I can't even comment on the food, because the food prices were too expensive for the ambience of the establishment. I'm sure they make a killing on the boomers floating in using their golden parachutes, but as they pass? This establishment won't last.
