I wish I could rate my food but after sitting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes, I was asked to park to then wait an additional 30 minutes I asked for my money back she went to go get her Manager then she came back to the window And said the manager will be over in a moment left me waiting there, then came back and said if you want to refund that’s fine but the food is coming left drive-through without a refund. Extremely frustrating KFC has my money now I didn’t get my food. Wish I could rate this place a zero.

I ordered a 12-piece meal only car in line I was asked to pull up and wait 10-12 minutes later still only car waiting our food came the girl said she needed our receipt to make sure it was us STILL only car there then proceeded to tell us we accepted tips .i refrain from losing my mind never wrote on one of these reports before but a day later this still bothers me. Yall definitely lost a customer

They forgot an item for my order and then took over 40 minutes to make didn’t even start making it until I pointed out that im missing part of the order and halfway through asking me if its ok to not use all the ingredients, no i want the order that I asked for and they didn’t even cook it

I swear this place gets slower, dirtier and more understaffed everytime I come here. Rude yelling staff constantly long wait times for short orders and that's if they've even made it for you that day and aren't out honestly get anything else.

If you want to waste your afternoon waiting for your food in the lobby while watching every drive thru order get serviced make sure to come here. You’ll be taunted and teased about while starving and regretting not just going in your car. Don’t come here the service sucks and the employees act high and mighty when you can’t even get chicken in under 30 minutes. The “manager” redhead needs to drop the attitude and put on some gloves and help out instead of standing around on her phone watching others struggle to work.
How this location remains open is mindboggling. By far the slowest service I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant.

I called and ordered 2 3 piece DARK meat meals at 2:30 to pick up at 5:00. When I got there they couldn’t find my order. When they finally found it I ask dark meat?? They said yes. I opened and said it looks like white they said no it is dark. Well it was white. Employee very rude.

How do you tell someone 10 min wait for wait they desire so they change their mind and order something different confirming it was ready and STILL WAIT 30min, Mary was rude and so was the guy who took the order $25 for 2 combos, this KFC is officially somewhere ill think about 17x about before
