I ordered a 12-piece meal only car in line I was asked to pull up and wait 10-12 minutes later still only car waiting our food came the girl said she needed our receipt to make sure it was us STILL only car there then proceeded to tell us we accepted tips .i refrain from losing my mind never wrote on one of these reports before but a day later this still bothers me. Yall definitely lost a customer
They forgot an item for my order and then took over 40 minutes to make didn’t even start making it until I pointed out that im missing part of the order and halfway through asking me if its ok to not use all the ingredients, no i want the order that I asked for and they didn’t even cook it

I wish I could rate my food but after sitting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes, I was asked to park to then wait an additional 30 minutes I asked for my money back she went to go get her Manager then she came back to the window And said the manager will be over in a moment left me waiting there, then came back and said if you want to refund that’s fine but the food is coming left drive-through without a refund.
