Sometimes on vacation you just want comfort food and the taste of home. That's what led me to order the roasted chicken when my family visited the 1181 Grill. This chicken was perfectly seasoned and clearly roasted with skill. It had a crispy golden skin that revealed tender, juicy meat inside. The entree came with garlic mashed potatoes, which were creamy and velvety smooth... with just the right amount of garlic to make them flavorful without being overpowering. They were...
Food was terrific...I was there with the UBS girls, we all had retired...The owner, Tommy Lovell was a joy to talk with...I know I'll be going back there with other groups of my friends....It's a great place, ambience-wise

Really good food! The burgers were cooked perfectly (which has been hard to find lately in Sarasota) and the serving sizes were great. I will definitely be back with my family again as the food was well priced, we had two of the burgers and they looked as good as the photos.
