“We've been here around 20 times in the last few years. We first started going just after COVID and they were shorthanded and they said to expect longer than normal waits for food and you could expect to wait 30 to 40 minutes for your food once ordered. We've been back twice in the last month and each time took an hour to get our food! I'm not sure whether it's staffing issues or what, but that length of time just does not seem reasonable for fried rice and sushi in my opinion. We drive 35 minutes across town to go to this place because we really enjoy their chicken fried rice and my wife loves their sushi, but to drive 35 minutes to then wait an hour to get food just doesn't seem like the trip is justified. We love the food so much we'll probably go back, I just hope that either there's more help or the timing of everything improves like it used to be.“

“Last time I went I think hours were expanded into the week. They are back to weekend. I hope they are doing okay business wise. I purposely drag people here. Charlie’s bulgogi is truly fantastic. I’m so happy to have found this place. I hope they get the business they deserve. I know it’s not authentic but Charlie’s bowls always leave me so happy!“
