“Very impressed with this place! Super cool atmosphere and amazing okonomiyaki. The portions are so big that you can make them into separate meals! They also have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu!“
“This was my first time visiting K-Deli, and based on the aroma of Korean cuisine that hit my nose when I got out of my car, I just knew the food was going to be delicious. I ordered the pork combo box, beef Mandoo, and 4pc Soy Garlic chicken wings. Everything was so flavorful. The soy garlic wings were definitely my favorite spicy, garlicky, umami. I will definitely be returning to try some new items off the menu as well as order those wings again!“
“I can't believe it's taken me this long to review this place. I fell in love with their food from day one. I usually eat here twice month but that's only because it's 30 mins away from me. I have never had a bad meal here, its always fresh and tasty. I consider myself a food snob and I have a very good taste pallet so yeah if you have not been here, you're missing out. The only thing I would change from here is a bigger location.“
“The first time I went to this restaurant was a random choice, being in the area and starving at 8.30pm. My friend and I endured a long 30+min wait to be seated. Everyone who gets "hangry" know what I'm talking about.? But man, was this worth every minute of that wait..the food was absolutely delicious, the stuff was very kind and patient even being at the end of a clearly exhausting busy day. The decor is absolutely lovely too? I have tried several dishes from their menu, always starting with lettuce wraps and always ending with mango sticky rice ? and this place always delivers! I have driven across the whole town from Tampa Palms to get my Thai food fix several times since! Today came home with 2 bags of it (for a single person) and 2hrs in the car, but I'll do it again any time. ?? Definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed!“
“They earned five stars from me mainly for their delicious food and the late-night business hours. We finished watching a show at Straz Center and felt hungry. It was Sunday night 9 PM, not many eateries still open. We parked the car in the Central Ybor garage, the first hour was only one dollar. An employee helped us put in the order. We had pork belly kimbop, lamb skewers, taro milk tea and one beef cup bob. The milk tea was good enough with bunch of boba pearls. The Kimbop was very good- the roll was tightly wrapped, all ingredient inside were flavorful, the rice texture was perfect, not too dry, not too wet. The sauce on top enhanced the taste. The lamb's meat was soft, good size, the sweet and spicy sauce on top tasted very good. It came with white rice. The beef cup bob was impressive. The bowl contained kimchi fried rice, japchae (glass noodle), cucumber pickle, Bulgogi beef and lettuce salad with mayonnaise dressing. This was such a delicious ensemble! And it was nutritional balance- with fresh veggie, protein, and carbohydrate. Not to mention the taste was really pleasing the mouth. The service was good enough for the café style restaurant. The seating area was clean and comfortable. The food came out fast. We were in and out the place in 45 minutes. It was a pleasant experience. I will eat here again when in Ybor City.“
“Had dinner there while visiting Tampa from CT. Food was delicious. I’m usually disappointed when I go out for Korean food as it never tastes like my mom’s. The seafood softened tofu soup tasted just like how my mom makes it. The Korean style chicken wings were excellent. My husband ordered the hot stone bibimbap and he loved it.“
“We love this place. The cozy atmosphere, attentive service, delicious food, with reasonable prices make for a perfect experience. On this rainy day, we wanted warm flavorful comfort food, so we ordered the Ja Jang Myun (we were inspired by the show Jjajangmyeon Rhapsody), and the Soon Doo Boo Ji Gae- Kimchi. All of the food was balanced in flavor and salt. I can always go spicier, but that's what the accompaniments are for, after all. The Ja Jang Myun sauce seemed like it should be a bit thicker, but the flavor was there, and so was the noodle texture. Terra beer is always a crisp, light and refreshing complement to our meals here.Overall, great experience, and we will continue to go out of our way, crossing the bay to come here for Korean food.“
“I can eat Bulgogi and Kimchi endless here if I could, nice place for a date, has good food, and good atmosphere. Self grill or full service. Something was done right here...Parking: Sometimes difficult to find parking, especially accessible ones.Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious. Per usual, booths not too wheelchair accessible, but there are tables too.“
“When you open the door, you’re welcome in. I love that it’s a small little restaurant because it felt really cozy. Their kimbap and topokki is delicious. The topokki wasn’t too spicy, but it’s perfect spice for me since I can't handle spice too well. The Pork Katsu was super crunchy and the sauce make it perfect! I tried something different which is Jokbal, slice pig feet. It was okay, but the texture was gelatin, so I couldn’t get over it, but everything else was delicious. Highly recommend the chicken wings, it was spicy, but perfect seasoning! Very good traditional food options!“
“Title: Sushi Avenue: A 12-Year Culinary Love AffairFor 12 years, Sushi Avenue has been my sushi sanctuary. With its fresh fare, impeccable service, and wallet-friendly prices, this spot in Tampa never disappoints. Whether you're a sushi veteran or a newcomer, it's a must-visit destination.“
“Went here with a decent sized group for KBBQ and holy cow I was impressed, even though the group was somewhat big everything was brought out in an incredibly timely manner. The meat was very good and the side dishes are amazing. I still dream about how good the kimchi was “
“I have been coming to this establishment for a year now and this place is a perfect example of how to do a restaurant correctly. It is unabashedly Korean in every single one of its aspects and this is what I come here for. The Korean chicken here is also so much better than other places (like "Bon Chon"). I would highly recommend this establishment to all of my friends and family as well.P.S.Happy hour is buy 1 beer get one free; if you ask you can take a bottle with you as long as it's not opened!!!“
“I was scared it was going to be over priced but I'm glad to say I think the price to proportion is good or fantastic and nice tasty food. I got the kimchi with green onions (14.95), Ninja Lobster Rol(19.95), Perrier(4.50), and Mochi ice cream(7.95). I feel like the lobster roll should have beena hot one but other than the temperature of that one dish it was all fantastic and different.Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp though it could be bigger.“
“Amazing service. The Korean chicken was nice and crispy. We shared the kimchi chicken and rice with fried chicken. Highly recommend.Gangchu has great food for kids and high chairs to use.Try the Ace Pineapple cider. Fantastic cider.Thank you Shawn for the amazing experience!Parking: Take first turn it. It does have a 'no entry' exit that a lot of people mistake for an entryway.Kid-friendliness: The kids menu was simple but very fresh and it was very tasty. Always take a bite to make sure I am feeding my son something I would eat. Staff cut up his chicken for we could just feed him. Felt right at home!“
“We have been going to this place since it opened. This is our favorite hot spot & BBQ place in town. I will say their sauces and seasoning is the closest to what I'm used to from China. They also have blue crabs and snow crab legs. Highly recommended.“
