The guy at the drive through was dope and needs a raise
I had an issue with the Uber driver that didn’t speak English very well. So when I got my delivery, my items were missing so I called the actual store and talk to Otto the manager and he told me what to do to correct it and the driver went back. Got the stuff that was missing and brought it to me and I’ll tell you Otto went up and beyond to help me out I definitely recommend little Caesars. I’ve been eating Little Caesars forever. Food is great. However the newer employee Otto is unprofessional. Belittling his coworker for something that was his fault. A team leader should lead by example and lend a helping hand when needed, not disrespect a coworker in front of customers while standing around doing nothing.
