I have a cookie obsession I make frequent orders for McDonald's 13 cookie special. They are 13 freshly baked warm cookies. Typically they take about 5 to 10 minutes to bake and then bring out to my car. I placed this order and at the lighter side of five minutes it was brought out. I thought wow this is quick until I reached into the bag and the cookies were cold. Definitely not fresh. I'm assuming they were just left over from the display, which would be fine if I walked in and ordered a Cookie specifically out of the display but in this case, I was ordering 13 FRESHLY BAKED cookies I know it may sound ridiculous but if I'm craving warm gooey cookies, cold premade cookies just aren't gonna cut it ?

Pretends to be closed when open bc staff wants to hang out, smoke, get high, and ignore customers for fun. Hours say open, lights on, drive thru on, visible workers. Giggling while people sit outside trying to get orders. Hot mess.

Mc donalds is mc donalds lol. The food was good and the drive though staff were nice. The food came out pretty quickly. We had a big order and they didn't make any mistakes. They also gave us all the sauces we asked for as well and that's always a plus because you know how it is when you get home and one of the kids doesn't get their sauce. All of our food was hot and properly made as well.

I’ve given this place 3 or 4 times hoping it was just bad day/night and it would get better but they mess up my order it seems like every single time and then amjobsre rude to you like your bothering them. McDonald’s needs to weed out the bad seeds and stop giving these illiterate people ake sure they can at least speak English so they know what there putting in the orders and can answer simple questions with somt
