This place is magic.
As a member of both the Sarasota Museum of Art and OLLI, I frequently have lunch at Bistro. Although the prices are a bit high, it’s a delightful spot for a delicious meal or coffee with a crisp croissant, scrumptious brownie or corn cookie. I don’t know if the restaurant’s revenue benefits the above cultural entities, which I hope it does, its off-the-beaten-path location and, therefore, limited pool of customers justifies the prices. Very nice artsy bistro for lunch or just coffee and desert. Stop by before or after your visit. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
