Use the McDonald’s app to order my food paid for via the app only got half of my order and then they’re telling me I have to go back around through the drive-through to re-order the other part of my McDonald’s order instead of them just doing it right there at The register just makes no sense and then she’s like if you don’t want to go around the drive-through again you can always come inside and I looked in there and there was a line so it has to be a inconvenience for me to get my food at that I paid for it One of the worst services I have ever had at a McDonald’s.

I just went thru Drive thru and the girl that took my order was very unprofessional. She only got half my order right because she was too busy on her phone. She didn't tell me my total amount just took my card swiped it and gave my card back and went straight back to her phone. Didn't give no receipt but she was smart about that one so I can't report her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 🤬💔🤬 DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!!! SAVE YOUR PHONE FOR BREAKS!!!!

This place is terrible you might as well tell them pick something random off the menu cause you won’t get what you want The stupid lady asked me three times at the window what my order was and the only thing I received that was right twice in a row was the dang French fries. Terribly run place

My husband picked us up some food after working a long 13 hour shift. While in the drive through trying to order the lady was very rude and when he got to the window she swapped people to not have to talk to him. While asking for sauce, they said it was going to be 27cent for extra sauce……. There wasn’t even any sauce in the bag in the first place. This is why people go to chic-fil-a, Burger King, or anywhere else JUST TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered online and made the mistake of putting in store pickup. I go in and everything is great. I walk to my car to hand out food and drinks to my family and am missing a sandwich. I go back in and am treated like a thief and less than garbage. The manager let's me know SHE "bagged the order". She apparently does not make mistakes, and she was rude and condescending. I will not go back to this location.
