Every time We order from this Store, for example a Double-Quarter Pounder Deluxe Combo, or a Triple Cheeseburger Combo, or when the Double Big Mac came back, we always got an answer of "We don't have XXX" as a Combo.We alao get "We don't fou taim drinks".This is distressing comsidering Two Other McDonalds in the Area, One on Lockwood Ranch & University, One on Washington Blvd & Northgate, both have the items we order as well as fou taim drinks.

Staff not friendly. The service could have been better. Atmosphere felt like everyone was having a bad day. Food was a chore I had to scrap most of sauce off big Mac due to, too much on it and everything was sliding everywhere.

Ordered through UBER EATS for a business meeting because it would be quick and we've never had an issue but the past TWO days we have ordered and more than half of our order is missing. This has never been an issue in the past.My coworker tried calling and the line is ALWAY BUSY!It is completed ridiculous that we have to go through this avenue to make them aware that their staff need to pay attention or be trained better, if this even reaches them.My company will not be ordering from here again that is for sure.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Twice I've ordered from here on Uber Eats and TWICE they only send half the orders. The bags are sealed which means the drivers cannot see what is in it and they can't break the seak to check. I've lost over $40 on this ordeal because of course Uber Eats doesnt take responsibility for this.DO BETTER! TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!

Terrible experience the water taste gross no one cares about actual great hospitality and customer service ..just sales .. but on a positive note the Gm is great and Alicia is great I hope next time I order she massages my back while I eat my steak egg and cheese bagel . There was an older handsome gentleman name Fernando.. he was great and by far the best manager to walk this earth but ofc they might have ran him to the ground so no I dont recommend you go their even if your dieing from starvation.

Almost missed as the Golden Arches sign wasn't on even though it was almost dark. Must be on a timer. We ordered through the kiosk and it worked out ok but a little slow. Plenty of parking. Some new items on the menu.

Store is always clean. Just every time I order extra meat on my mcdouble it's like I'm being punished for not ordering a whole meal because I always have to go back up to the counter tell them I ordered it with extra meat. Then when I get it back "Corrected" with the meat.. then it has no ketchup no mustard no onion. I feel like I'm being punished because "THE "COOK" forgot a part of my order. I ONLY ORDER ONE SANDWICH thats it. Needless to say. Not ordering or going to this location.
