Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Unbelievable, I went with my puppy, they denied my entry, as soon I walk in they never said welcome in, just “dogs are not allow”, so I just walked out, never mention, come in but you are more than welcome to sit outside with your dog, nothing like that, just “dogs are not allow”. What a rude response.

why do u open at 12? 11 would of been great was looking forward to it blah!!

Amazing!!! I went to Menchie’s tonight with my friend, hoping to meet some friends and have a relaxing night before school the next day. The experience we had was unexpected and quite honestly, incredible. Anais was working the night shift, and her customer service was amazing. I was unsure of what to get, but Anais gave her nuanced opinion. After paying, she offered us a myriad of stickers and tattoos, and even offered a new frozen yogurt to my clumsy fried after she dropped hers. When our sweet teeth were overwhelming, she offered us water to settle our taste buds. All in all, it’s safe to say I’d give 6 stars if possible.

Very very busy menchies location. They ran out of sample cups, me and my friends only got one each. Cake batter is my usual go to, be here,, it tasted weird. They were running out of topping as well. And we didn’t get stickers. Overall, there was just a lack of options. However the prices seemed more reasonable at this location?? I liked how you could go in and out the back doors not just the front. Made easy for walking around the UTC

First visit to this store and we will definitely be returning if in the area again. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive. They gave my daughter things to colour, masks etc… which was a nice touch. I don’t remember the young girls name but she was lovely and a true assist to your company. Frozen yogurt was the best and we were shocked about the price, so cheap but so delicious!
