Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Walked up to see a crowd waiting around the door at 12:10pm and nobody was even in the store.
Not sure what’s going on with this place.

Love menchies all the flavor options and toppings! Friendly staff and super clean! Perfect place to grab a sweet treat

This location is in need of a deep clean. Floors are sticky, tables sticky. Staff wipes down tables with a dirty cloth. Management really needs to step it up.

Every surface is sticky it’s gross.

This location has sadly gone way downhill.

They need proper air ventilation & purifiers, because the chemical smell from the nail salon next door is overwhelming as soon as you walk into Menchie’s.

There are multiple machines down every time we go in, and they never seem to have any more sugar-free flavors in stock (the main reason we used to go). Even the vanilla handle wasn’t working properly today, and it was coming out weird and yellow looking. My son also found a little bug inside one of the sample cups.

Lately the staff seems to be disinterested in what’s going on. There was a couple in line with a huge golden retriever, not a service dog, but clearly a pet who was bumping into everyone. Our son is allergic, and we were trying to avoid him in this small crowded store, while the workers didn’t even say a word to them. Last time we were there, an older guy kept walking back and forth from the froyo to the toppings, eating out of the cup with his hands, and making it pretty weird, while the staff literally looked the other way and pretended not to notice any of this.

Tonight we walked out (as did another family before us), and went to the Bradenton location off of 70 instead. That one felt clean and well-stocked, and we will be going there only from now on.

Drove 30 mins only to walk in and half the machines are broken.

This has to be the worst memchies of all.
I have tried five or six times now and every time there is a group of people who walk in and walk out because the machines are always broken and when they work they are dispensing liquid and not frozen yogurt. The strawberry tonight was not even the right color. Do yourself a favor and goto sr 70 it's worth the drive and you don't get sick.

Delicious frozen yogurt. Awesome atmosphere. Everything was stocked well. Cookies and cream is so good. Dole Pineapple is another yummy flavor.

I love going to Menchie’s! The frozen yogurt is always creamy and flavorful—especially the Original Tart and Cake Batter. They have a huge variety of toppings, from fresh fruit to candy and boba, so it’s easy to customize your treat exactly how you like it.

The store is bright, clean, and family-friendly. The self-serve setup makes it fun to mix and match flavors. Staff is usually friendly and quick to help if a machine runs out or you need a sample spoon. Prices can add up if you go heavy on toppings, but it’s worth it for the quality and experience.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun dessert spot with options for everyone!

They have a good selection of flavors and various toppings. The children I took enjoyed it very much. However, I don't understand the tipping *option* when you serve your own froyo and add on all the toppings yourself. And I believe the minimum tipping option was 18%.

I'm sorry but I don't know what cleanliness had to do with it. As that is just the expectation for an establishment. Food especially. Also we were there today, 06/17, between 1:30 pm and 1:50 pm and the employees weren't anywhere in sight when we first walked in and only came out to ring us up. I still chose to tip however because the server in me just does it. I'm just saying for a self serve froyo shop, it doesn't make sense.

While I appreciate this Menchie’s provides work opportunities for young people, this store is primarily run by unsupervised teens—and unfortunately, that was reflected in the culture and customer service.

Absolutely loved the froyo! It was super creamy, fresh, and had just the right amount of sweetness. The toppings bar was fully stocked with so many fun options—fruits, candies, sauces, you name it. I ended up mixing a few flavors and it came out amazing. The place was super clean and had a chill vibe too. Perfect treat for a hot day. Can’t wait to go back!

Unbelievable, I went with my puppy, they denied my entry, as soon I walk in they never said welcome in, just “dogs are not allow”, so I just walked out, never mention, come in but you are more than welcome to sit outside with your dog, nothing like that, just “dogs are not allow”. What a rude response.

why do u open at 12? 11 would of been great was looking forward to it blah!!

We love this Menchie’s! Anais and Noah were so sweet to my daughter. Everyone is great!
