I love the scenery of the place very old-school laid-back. The hospitality was fantastic. They welcome you, and are very conversational and a positive way. Food was also scrumptious!

I’m from Virginia and I go to college here in Sarasota. Coming to missions feels like a little piece of home. But this time was different. JAMIE the most amazing sincere kind and hospitable working here at the Sarasota mission Bqq. She was more then helpful with a big smile sending lots of positivity and some little extra stuff to try for my friends who have never tried missions before they were so impressed and can’t wait to come back for more yummy food and to hopefully see Jamie again she is just an incredible example of hard working southern hospitality a true gem !! We had an amazing time here at mission bbq for the first time ever because of none other than Jamie ! She has been the best person to have assisted us ! She has made this trip to mission bbq sarasota so memorable for me and my friends by greeting us, talking to us and explaining what the best choices are and we were extremely satisfied and happy ! We visited for the first time and we are so glad we did ! Jamie is an awesome employee for mission bbq Sarasota! We are going to spread the word around and tell people to come here and get their next meal ! I am impressed ! Thank you mission bbq and thank you Jamie ! :D

My wife and I went to Mission BBQ for the first time tonight and we had a wonderful experience! While the food is good, our waitress Leanne made the evening memorable!

She's very personable, kind and does a great job with the guests! Talking with her, it didn't feel like a chain restaurant, it felt more like having a nice dinner with a good friend! Leanne did an amazing job and made the evening truly remarkable! Keep up the great work, Leanne!!

Me and my husband drive farther just to go to this location! The food & customer service is top notch. We even got some Thanksgiving meal prep from them and even in the chaos of the day before Thanksgiving, the staff was as nice, hardworking and amazing as always. We will always go to this location!!

We realized as we ate our food, that we got skipped on the corn bread. We only had the chicken & 2 cheesy potatoes. But I missed the corn bread!! Hope we get it next trip.

The sides were good but the brisket was pretty terrible tbh. Lacked flavor and can tell its just not made right or with love. Shouldn't expect much from a chain.

Everything was great from the minute I walked in. Ordered and had very fast service. The collard greens were spicy and fantastic. Coleslaw was excellent as well and the ribs were out of this world very flavorful.

As someone from kansas city it's been tough finding great bbq down here. Now I can say I have found my place. Went here for the first time last night and it was great

Fantastic employees!

Had to bring a meal to my family on the beach. The 3 meat 5 person meal fed 8 of us & we still had leftovers! Meal packed perfectly.

Ordered ribs for the first time 2 ten bone although the meat was tender and fell off the bone not a lot of flavor except salt highly disappointed as Sonnys ribs were much better the price point was also pretty high here
