“Excellent upscale restaurant serving middle eastern food with (my choice of words) Israeli cooking influence. I loved this restaurant. It is Oper to the adjacent hotel lobby so the noise level may bother some. Food was excellent. I had the short ribs, Baba Ghanouj (appetizer) and olive oil cake. Delicious!“

“Roessler’s restaurant is lovely - the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed - our waitress was truly a professional - everything from our drinks to our amazing meals (duck,chicken,short ribs,scallops ,salads ) were prepared to perfection . A hidden gem in Sarasota for sure ! We will be making plans for a return visit - Tom and Karon Schandel“
