I did not attend the Grillroom but we did attend Mabel’s Coffee & Tea located on the second floor of the building. It is a quant and busy coffee shop on the second floor that boasts of serving Starbucks products. I ordered an iced coffee latte, Americano coffee and a cold matcha tea. I was distracted while paying and did not properly look over the bill to find out later I was charged $27.82 for these drinks. That sounds very high to me. The drinks were good and service slow but it was busy so that wasn’t the baristas fault. I am disturbed as I feel taken advantage of. I did not give a tip on the bill as I rather put cash in the jar. I emailed Ringling Brothers about this and gave the day and time as I have not been able to see an itemized bill. They said they would look into it but I never received a response and it has been over a week. My credit card could not provide an Itemized bill and told me to contact the establishment directly. Just be careful and look over your bill if you go here. No other complaints, the museums are wonderful and the staff helpful. We even got a tram ride for my aunt who can’t walk long distances.
Before we visited the Ringling Museum we stopped for lunch at the Ringling Grillroom. It was an excellent decision! The service was wonderful and our dishes were delicious! We had the crab cake, burrata and grouper. Everything was as if we were in a high end restaurant and not in a museum grillroom! We would go back just for the food!

I was excited to bring a friend from out-of-town to The Ringling Grillroom for lunch. Unfortunately, the food has gone downhill since my last visit. We had simple salads and they were almost inedible. My salmon was dry and tasteless; my friend's tuna was equally bad. I'm not sure if it was an off-day (chef-wise), or if that's the status of their food quality right now. It was a disappointing experience. We won't be back.

Wonderful wines by the glass choices and a good pour! Food is consistently perfect. Great salad with the crab. Crab perfect too. I love this grille. Everyone is so happy to help insure a good experience. Carol was our server. I think she was our server my last visit too. She's polite and professional and adds to a happy and relaxing ambiance. Oh! Chef was willing to share how he/she made the squash. And bar was okay with a taste of a wine. Wonderful afternoon. Thank you. Coming back again and again. Member
We signed up for membership today and ate here for the first time. Sitting here still and felt compelled to write a review while we wait for our server. The atmosphere is lovely and very convenient after going through museums. Dawn was our server and was likely the worst service we’ve ever had. She was more than fifteen minutes greeting us, never checked on us after our food was delivered by runners and when she brought our bill still never asked us even then if everything was ok even though more than half of my plate was still intact. I won’t even discuss food because I should have gone with my original thought and tried a sandwich before going straight for the polenta with scallops. Not a great choice today.

We loved all of our food. The crabcake and G-burger were exceptional, though.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambience, & value. We had our lunch on the patio where it was quite comfortable despite the 99 degree-plus temp.., chicen panini and the Salmon BLT were our choices with garlic mushrooms on the side. Our server was exceptional (Becky) and friendly. And ‘yes' we are members and frequent visitors of ringling.org.

We had a lovely dinner here. The food is fresh and flavorful. Well prepared and a beautiful presentation. The chef is friendly and accommodating. The service was excellent. Even as the last table of the evening, we were welcomed and did not feel rushed at all. The vibe is relaxed and the space itself is alluring. A great date place.

Last night 5 friends met for dinner at the Ringling Grill. We each ordered different things off their menu full of great choices. Everyone was very happy with their choices. The ambiance was lovely ( really like the remodels !!!), the drinks delicious, and the service was amazing! We will all return to this restaurant many times for great food and good times!
Nice view overlooking a pond with outside seating available. Contemporary decor. Attentive service with frequent refills of water and tea. Convenient dining when visiting this area with free parking across the street. Tasty menu options.
Everyone was delighted with the delicious salad a with shrimps; my beef barley soup ; the meatball appetizer to share; focaccia of the day. The child's meal of two burgers did not appeal to our young lady. We definitely like going here as a go to for lunch while in the museum.
Our server, Dawn was very good; unpretentious person. The food was good, lump crabcake Was mostly crab as an appetizer we shared and then my husband had a Caesar salad with anchovies and shrimp. They shrimped didn't seem anything special, I chose the fish tacos. My fish tacos were supposed to have mahi-mahi however, my husband is a Fort Lauderdale fisherman and it sure didn't look like Maui. It looked And tasted more like a tilapia... Having said that they were still quite tasty and filling. We're glad we went as it was a perfect respite in between the house tour circus museum as we prepared to go into the art museum. The ambience is simple and clean, pleasant and restful.
