This was the MOST unfriendly atmosphere I have ever experienced. From the second I walked in to the shop and asked a question to the second I left I felt uncomfortable. I wasn’t greeted, but instead was stared down by someone with their arms crossed who didn’t try to make me feel welcome at all. I left immediately, I would rather give my money somewhere it’s wanted. Please hire better people with better customer service.

Super bummed over this shop. I live within walking distance and was so excited to find this spot. Unfortunately, after many visits the coffee is consistently awful and the staff make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them every time I walk in the door. This wasn’t one bad experience or and off day, it’s literally every time I go there. I am a huge advocate of supporting local businesses but I literally drove to Starbucks for my coffee this morning because theirs is so awful. Hope some changes are made.

I’m extremely extremely picky when it comes to coffee. Trust me. This is by far the best cold brew in the area. No problem traveling to this place

Only thing to consider when coming here is that they are still setting up their guest wifi and inside seating is very limited. (They have outside tables though)

We stopped by O&A Coffee Roasters to grab our usual coffee order while enjoying the beautiful Lakewood Ranch Waterside area. The iced coffee was solid, nothing groundbreaking but definitely enjoyable. What stood out most was the excellent service—both the server and barista were kind, helpful, and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience overall.

The atmosphere inside the shop is on the smaller side with very limited indoor seating, which might be a drawback if you’re looking to relax inside with your drink. That said, stepping outside completely changes the vibe—the outdoor waterside seating is fantastic and a perfect place to unwind and take in the scenery.

All in all, we’d come back in a pinch. It’s a decent spot with great staff and an unbeatable outdoor setting.

Agree with other reviews that the coffee tasted burnt and bitter. Tried giving this another try and sadly it wasn’t great… love the location and the aesthetic but as a fan of smooth espresso, I’ll have to pass on this one.

Love O&A!! We either get espressos that taste amazing or a cortado with a little milk and no sugar, because you don’t need sugar in coffee if you’re a real coffee fan and it’s good coffee! The taste alone is so good, it’s hard to find other coffee places that top it!
Love this location too because it’s on the water with a view and comfy seats outside to sit in. What great place to enjoy your coffee outside with a view!
Staff is always so friendly with great conversations and skills!
