Went for lunch today wanting to relax for lunch break. Seated quickly. One waitress in the back booth area. Visible was a large room with I guess luncheon. No problem. The only floor waitress was just on and on chatting away clearly personal friend or customer. Not paying any attention to this area.

No one else around. Caught a nice guy to order a drink water at least. Told him on lunch. In my shirt conversation with him he said other staff serving lunch party. Mean while the women waitress on floor is still chatting away with two seated women. Sounding if one may have once been waitress!. Another couple checked in.
The nice guy could not take my order. Knew what I wanted. Order the same all the time.

He said it will be a while. As noticed the other two staff just bringing out big party their start of food.

I suggested to the nice guy, wrong answer I will have to wait because of the busy serving of private room. Was there any way he could have gotten chatty Kathy to serve us!!!!

I ordered two dishes at a large dinner - cheese ravioli AND spaghetti and meatballs. Lo and behold all the food comes out and I’m sitting over here LACKING SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS. NOT pleased. The cheese ravioli was great, but I’ll never know what the spaghetti and meatballs tasted like. I wish I could. HALF MY ORDER down the drain. A little more attention to detail would be nice. Attached is a picture of the cheese ravioli and the nonexistent spaghetti and meatballs dish.

We have excellent appetizer. Shrimp bell peppers and onions fried!! Everything was fresh and we enjoyed that most of all.
The service was sparse.

Nice monday night we had with our waiter Josh. Taking the time to explain the menu and promotions elevated our experience for a quick Monday night dinner. Offering complimentary refills of salad, breadsticks and bottomless pasta made us feel welcome. Thank you for the great evening

Negative 1 star should be their rating. Never ever ever ever again Will I go back to Olive Garden after last night's Horrific experience.
I left paying $30 without having any dinner. My wife had her dinner, but they messed up our appetizer and on two of my entrees, so I gave up.
The manager was aware of all the problems and didn't even offer me a 6.99 to go pasta to make up for the problems.
And on top of that, they upcharged my wife's entree without informing her of the upcharge when she made a substitution.
There is no reason this place should have 4.3 it deserves a 1 star rating only since they haven't yet screwed up the salad and bread sticks. So believe me, it's not worth any of your money.

Deplorable service, start to finish.

With so many excellent Italian restaurants in the area, I was hesitant to go. But I've never been to an Olive Garden, so I decided to give it a try. The food was good, and the portions were huge. My main issue was with the service. Our waitress was nice enough; she just wasn't very good. After requesting lemon 3 times and being ignored, I went to the bar and asked for straws and lemon myself. We were never asked if we'd like anything else or if we'd like the $6 take-home pasta offer, which we planned on doing. Our food arrived after 2 other tables which were sat after us. I believe she had tables in another section of the restaurant because we only saw her when delivering food. My husband's water glass sat empty, and the dirty plates weren't taken off the table. We finished our meal, and hubby paid the bill via the table device because the waitress was not around. After seeing the emailed receipt, I noticed a $2.99 charge for "games" we didn't play. Of course, I had to ask another waitress for help because ours was nowhere to be seen. We were told a manager would be right over. We finished our wine, which was not opened in front of us, but was opened before bringing it to the table. After 10 minutes of waiting, we decided it wasn't worth the $3 and left. Eating out and spending hard earned money should be an enjoyable experience, from food to service. As I said, the food was good, but we left frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll be back anytime soon, if at all.

Disappointing Service Experience

We usually dine at Olive Garden at least twice a week, but after last night’s experience, we won’t be returning on this location again. Our server took 15 minutes just to take our drink order. We ordered soup and salad, but she only brought one soup and didn’t bring a plate for the salad. The salad portion was less than half of what it should be for even one person, and when we requested more, we had to wait again—only to receive another small portion.

When we asked for cheese, she said there was none in the kitchen, yet we saw her bring cheese to the next table shortly after. To top it off, I ordered chicken tortellini to-go with fried chicken, but after waiting 30 minutes, she brought it with grilled chicken instead. We told her that we don’t want the order to go any more .

When we decided to leave, we waited another 30 minutes just for the check, and she then told us the manager couldn’t close another customer’s open ticket. In the end, she told us to just pay for our drinks and leave.

This was the worst service we’ve ever had at Olive Garden. We were completely ignored, misled, and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for basic things. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Food wasn't bad. Service was good. If you're looking for a more quiet place to dine, this would not be it. If you're looking for a place with more chatter and laughter, then I suppose this would be the place for you. In any case, though distracting, customers seemed to be having a good time. Bon appetite
