A busy Saturday morning, at such a fantastic establishment, you can expect a wait, but it is well worth it. Hands down the best breakfast we've ever had, outside of my own kitchen! The brioche French toast was light and fluffy, the option to get real maple syrup is a perfect pairing. The apple wood smoked bacon is absolutely fantastic. After dining here twice for breakfast, I'm super sad to have to head back home for at least another year. On my first visit I enjoyed the loaded avocado toast. It was served in thick slices on sourdough with tomato, balsamic vinegar, onions, feta. It came with eggs, which I ordered over easy, and a side, of which I opted for the lemon arugula salad. We had the candied bacon waffle, the Cubano skillet bowl, the breakfast sandwich and the biscuits and gravy and it was all amazing. The service was amazing and we got it to go. We will definitely return. It was so good we didn't even think to take photos.
