Not sure what happened to this place. Have been going here for years and always been good. Decided to give a try last night after dinner and the ice cream was terrible. Weird taste and textures. Rather than finish, I threw it away. Appalled at all of the five star reviews saying it’s the best ice cream they’ve had in their life.

It was fine. It wasn't bad and it wasn't amazing. Service wasn't good (maybe a snarky teen isn't the best choice for server - he made the experience unpleasant. He seemed annoyed to have to be waiting on people).

ice cream is pretty good and they have some unique flavors. unfortunately when we requested a clean scoop due to a nut allergy, some attitude was given. we asked politely and received a flat “ok” while tossing around the ice cream container. nut allergies should be handled more seriously.

Was just their with my pregnant daughter. She explained to them she had a nut allergy and got the sea salt Carmel ice cream! They regretted to inform her that it has pecans in it!! Nuts!! So, I tried calling to speak to the manager no answer! This is for future people with food allergies! So, hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else!! 😡

If you’re looking for good ice cream, head up to Sarasota and go to Great Heights Creamery. That place is next level. Order the oatmeal cookie and thank me later.
Great ice cream, but make sure if you are eating your ice cream outside in the heat of summer you ask for a bigger cup. The single cup is very small and they fill it to the max, which is great, but it also means when it starts to melt the ice cream starts spilling out the sides and there is no stopping it. I'm a grown adult with many years of experience eating ice cream and I looked like a toddler with ice cream running down my hand and arm. Ask for a single scoop in a 2 scoop cup.
