I always enjoy visiting the Panera Bread on University Parkway in Sarasota. Shannon is a true gem – she’s friendly, hardworking, and always on the move. Even during slow times, she’s busy keeping everything clean and welcoming. Her effort and positive attitude make this Panera one of the best!

We've been customers for several years. Today, as is usually the case, we were greeted by a rock star employee named Shannon. I was SOOOO impressed with the warm welcome she gave, not just to us but for the customer in front and behind us.

I believe she is a supervisor and also watched with admiration as she welcomed employees arriving to work.

She and the team worked quick and efficiently, and the food was spectacular. Bravo!!!

I used to love Panera Bread. Now you get a half a bowl of soup. Small sandwich for more money. Disappointing!!! I very rarely go there anymore. It's just hard to find Tomato Soup. Anyplace else otherwise I would not go at all! I was a customer for a long time. I don't appreciate the price increase. It's not worth the money!
