I am a snow bird. Left in April back this week. Panera bread on Taminami South Sarasota has gone way down hill. New management. Under staffed. Dining area is a mess. Bathroom stall out of order for over a week. No pepper or napkins in dispensers. Menu sign above cahiers is hanging sideways on one hook. Crème of chicken and rice soup was watered down. No caps on drink cups. Very disappointing. Bring back the former manager or I’m going to First Watch for Lunch.
