This review is about the online website. I had these issues happen twice, the first time I had ordered online and the order was not complete. It was missing an item, and I only had noticed it when I arrived home. Today on the website I had ordered a Mitten cookie, and when I went to pick it up and I went to check to make sure that the order was correct this time. Instead of giving me the mitten cookie they gave me a pumpkin cookie when I went to tell them it wasn’t what I ordered they told me that cookie wouldn’t be available until December. Even though on the website it let me order the cookie the person who attended me told me that the cookie was the same but it is not. I ordered that cookie for my daughter and for her it had to be that cookie specifically, it’s what she wanted. If that cookie isn’t available until December then it should not be available to order on the website.

Very disappointing experience. My app picked the wrong Panera location by mistake, and when I came for pickup, the staff refused to help. At STARBUCKS , they fixed this kind of issue right away but here, they told me to call and cancel myself. No effort, no customer service. Never using Panera again.

Ordered the Garden Caprese and they left the garlic aioli sauce off of my sandwich. I should have checked it there but didn’t think being the only customer in there they still capable of screwing up my order. I could not go back I was eating it on 75 driving home. 😒 And reading the reviews the weirdest and rudest thing is that no manager thanking for the good ones, and no apologies for the bad ones.

This Panera is always so good. Food comes out quick and well made. The self checkout counters are the best thing because the menu is so large that it’s easier to choose this way, seeing pictures and calmly choosing.

We had just had dinner and walking it off when we popped into Panera Bread for dessert. They didn’t have much to choose from, because it was late. However the place was clean and staff was very helpful. We sipped on chai lattes and enjoyed cherry danish. There are lots of parking and this location is conveniently located at the UTC district, located off university parkway!

First, Monday I ordered a bagel pack via Rapid Pick Up and while it is supposed to come with 13 bagels I only received a total of 8. Tonight I ordered two salads with extra dressing and received normal dressing in one and zero dressing in another. When you try to call no one answers. Super disappointing all around.

Strange setup for the store layout. They did not have To go containers ready like some stores do. The girl at the register was not very happy to be working there or maybe having a bad day. I had to ask for utensils to eat the Mac n cheese bowl. We were not given the beverage cup at the register when we placed the order. It was good that we had the receipt to show we ordered the drink. We still love Panera, but probably not visit this store again

Ikiab the food was bunz cuz I lwk almost choked but this one cutie teenager worker named Amatin was so helpful. I would of asked for her number if it wasnt busy. I'd give her a raise if I were you guys!!!!!
