After calling in to order a pizza I reached a call center in who knows where.. I wanted to take advantage of the two-for-one special. I asked about getting it New York style. No mention of difference in price for a large buy one get one free. Everyone knows the same size dough ball is used for a thick crust or a New York style.... All they do is flatten it for the New York style. Upon check out I was told the bill was nearly $18.... I asked him why so much I thought it was two for one and they said oh you ordered New York style. What a joke! That was the one and only time I ordered from Papa John's, their Pizza is no different from Domino's or Little Caesars. With closed eyes you couldn't tell the difference. And for them to use non-native English speakers in a call center to take your order is atrocious. And to deceive the public on pricing for the same size pizza is really a scam, whether it's regular or New York style.
