I was waiting there for 20 minutes and I ordered epic garlic stuffed cheese pizza and they gave me regular pizza for like 3 time in a month When I tried to complain to the manager she said there’s nothing wrong with pizza “it happens” I simply think that their staff is MENTALLY indeed needy for special training

I ordered from this restaurant on a Friday night expecting it to take an hour for delivery however it took over 2 hours before the food was delivered. When I called in to get a status update the Mgr apologized but that was It. No offer for refund, credit, or any potential discounts for me to come pick it up. Before I could request to cancel my order she put me back on hold before I hung up after waiting another 10 mins. Don’t order from this store!

So like I don't know who Jessica thinks she is but it definitely ain't who she think she is. But this lady forgot my mushrooms and parmesan asiago cheese I paid for it she talking about oh I remember that she made that pizza PERSONALITY and mushrooms were the FIRST TOPPING SHE PUT ON but we clearly have a picture of it's not being on she was a miserable person and had a very bad attitude didn't apologize at all basically called us liars like it's not that deep it's not like it's coming out of your pockets but I did pay for my pizza use a little empathy I had a very bad day today and just wanted my perfect pizza and she wanted to yell at me over it where do you see mushrooms at JESSICA!!!!!!

READ THE ORDERS! Ordered delivery from here on different occasions and either they don’t pay attention to the orders or they just give you whatever they want. As expensive as you are you would think I could at least get what I actually ordered. Not to mention a significant decline in quality and taste.

I walked in I sat down at the chair swimming the person at the counter was just filling out something on the tablet and was gonna help me. Nope. At the counter next to him for about a minute or two notice that there was a lady that was supposed to be working the dough for the pizza just texting on her phone for a solid minute that I was looking at her There was one dumb man who I'm assuming was making boxes but that seem to be the only person working so I just walked out drove down the road to little Caesars they're always Ready to take my order

Walked in to pick up an online order. Gave the name and was told they were finishing up two of the pizzas.
I then here the people in the back talking about there being bacon on a thin crust pizza that should have had pepperoni on it (my order included a thin crust with pepperoni).
My wife then texted me that they she just got a message that they were out of mushrooms for one of the other pizzas in our order.
I responded that they did not say anything about it to me and that it sounded like there may have been a mess up on one of our other pizzas.
When I looked up from my phone. The lady at the counter had the three pizza boxes sealed up and ready for me to go and asked if I needed any paper plates.
I said "no thank you", picked up my pizzas and said, "have a great night".
I took the order out to my car, put it on the passenger seat and decided to check the order.
No mushrooms on the first pizza, but there were pepperoni and onions
Second pizza was correct; stuffed crust pepperoni pizza
Third pizza, missing pepperoni on a thin crust. I didn't see any bacon, but there should have been pepperoni.
I took the order back in the store. Showed the lady at the counter the missing items.
She tells me, "we called your wife about the mushrooms." And then started looking towards the back in disbelief when I opened the box with the thin crust (missing pepperoni).
I said, "I'll take it, but I'm going to need money back."
She immediately, pulls the pizzas away and opens the door to call her manager in. Tells her that I want my money back. The manager presses a button on her computer and says to throw the pizzas away and continues to walk to the back.
I then asked, "Wait a minute, I don't get anything?"
The manager(?) said that she voided the transaction and that I would get my money back, but she could make me a new order.
I asked for a receipt and told her that I wanted what I had already ordered.
She walked over and pulled the void receipt off the printer and handed it to me and said that she had called and left a message about the mushrooms.
I stated that nobody talked to me about it when I arrived and that my wife had just received the message while I was standing there waiting and then I was hand the order like everything was correct and ready to go, but then discover Ed that two of the three pizzas were missing half the toppings.
The manager said, "They weren't missing half the toppings."
I retorted, "One pizza was missing one out of three toppings and the other was missing the entire topping. Two out of 4 is half."
I then walked away and ordered pizza from Blaze pizza and had it delivered to my house.
It was delicious!
From here on out, I will choose to go to the Clark location. They have always been nice and made out orders correctly.
Unfortunately, the 17th Street location was closer to/on my way home tonight.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FROM PIZZA TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Can’t complain enough about this place… disrespectful crew, bad service to the point that it’s so funny to see how they go to great lengths to avoid eye contact whit the customer, gotta check when you pay cuz it can happen what had happen to me manny times, they charge a tip that you didn’t leave, and when they decide that you waited enough, they serve you whit such boringness and disrespect to you time… Never EVER IN MY LIFE, giving this place or papa John’s a dollar more.

I used to like this place but idk what’s going on. My last few deliveries from them have been quite wrong and it’s very annoying. The managers are super nice but their use of Uber Eats to deliver pizza is ruining my experience here….I do not order food through Uber eats, Papa John as a store does, so for my food order to constantly be delivered incorrectly by a delivery service that I can’t opt out of is aggravating. Uber Eats delivery drivers always picks up the wrong order and now I’m being sent back and forth to try and get my refund or someone to deliver the right food. Uber eats customer service isn’t helpful either w processing refunds. Just get the order right or give me a direct refund from the store I ordered from, idc to sit on the phone w Uber Eats for an hour because a random driver messed up. I didn’t sign up for Uber eats, so all of this back and forth is a lot ! I’ll be doing a charge back since this process is being over complicated by Uber. The pizza is fine when they actually deliver it right. But I Won’t be ordering again, not worth the trouble.
