Ordered through Uber Eats. Driver said that there were 4 people working in the store and they were all arguing. After over 2hrs I canceled the order. I think Corporate needs to investigate this store as there is no way that "management" should allow anything like this. To make matters worse, I called the store, and someone picked the phone up, didn't say a word and then put it on hold. I sat on hold for 10 mins before I hung up.

Whether it’s 1 person or 5 working you’ll never know why your pizza hasn’t been delivered for over 2 hours even though you’re right down the road because they are extremely allergic to answering the phone or they just love the way it rings. Good pizza… plan for a 3 hour silent wait if you want it delivered.

WORST MANAGER EVER! They made our order wrong TWICE and when I asked them to correct it they hung up on me. I called back and they picked the phone up and hung up again. Pathetic.

My issues are with the door dashers and the store owners that let them work out of there. When I come up there as a paying customer and it's time to pay. Your door dashers take the 2 inches of counter space to lean on and have loud conversations and ignore the fact I'm trying to get to the card reader. Your employee had nowhere to set the pizzas for inspection, and I had nowhere to set my drinks and no way to get to the card reader. I had to tell them to move, and they couldn't fathom why I needed them to move. They are rude and are making it difficult for your employees to work and provide quality customer service. You will get better reviews if you get rid of door dashers. I GUARANTEE IT! My negative review is toward the management and owners that allow this to happen. The employees are working hard! I would give a zero star if possible.

Terrible food and service! My pizza was completely undercooked. Tried calling the store to speak with a manager… Manager picked up the phone and said “I’m to busy to talk to you” then slammed the phone down rudely. Report has been filled with corporate. This place is a joke! Never again!

Just ordered 3 pizzas. Called to let the manager know that one was not correct. After 10 minutes of going back and forth with the lady, clarifying at least five times what pizzas I had in front of me, who was asking the kid who made the pizzas what he made and him telling her he made the pizza so she doesn’t know what happened between the store and delivery. To which I told her clearly I was given the wrong pizza. She said this was the only delivery the guy took so I had to have the right pizzas. She finally said so what do you want me to do. I said you could credit my account for one large pizza. She said no she won’t do that but she’d right my name down and I could come in to the store and she would then give me a pizza. I said I am at my parents house and don’t live here; you are basically calling me a liar and not willing to do anything to make it right. Then she hung up on me. Absolutely ridiculous!! The worst service ever!! Photo included proving I got two of the same pizza as I repeatedly had to tell the lady.

Ordered online at 5:05pm. Only ordered one pizza and 6 wings, shouldn’t be that hard. Still waiting for the order at 6:50! Original delivery estimate was 5:50. I called the manager at 6:10 to check on status and complain and he didn’t care about me as a customer and wasn’t helpful. I don’t think I’ll ever order here again and I recommend no-one else orders here until a change in management at least.

Sat Nov 2nd. Ordered at jist before 5. 2 pizzas not a special order. Pick up time 5:09 to 5:19...ok cool. My other half went in at about 5.18... no acknowledgement by staff. Only 2 working at this time. After 6pm finally got it.. we gave them benefit of being short staff. Door dash people came in and peeked to see if their orders were ready and the manager short guy... was rude as f.... get out from my register.... they were no where near it. Manager snapped at other customers as well. Finally my other half left, came home to a horrible pizza, doughy, items just thrown on. Disgusting.... so I took it back. Tried to call several times no answer. So I took them back. A 3rd person , a female chunky built was working looked at me with attitude for walking in with pizza...nope wrong person to do that to! I said nicely i want a refund. She got the name and had the manager come and cancel my order. I asked where the trash can was. He said you can stroll down to the end of the building. If I had not a longer fuse I would have dropped it on the floor. But I didn't. He was also being RUDE to other customers asking a question. Gentleman asked a nice simple question and the manager snapped at him saying the more you interrupt me the colder your pizza will be. And I don't know how else to say it nicely. Amongst many other snaps at the customers. This coming from manager. Total bs! Down right need all new managers and staff. Will not go back. Ps the cook walked away his pants were exposing his backside.... pulled them up and didn't wash hands or use gloves. The manager and the girl same thing, whipe face touch money and don't wash hands? Wow. Health dept would like to see this nights video! Here's a photo of one of the pizzas undercooked and thrown together. Never again!!!

Being from Louisville, we love Papa John’s pizza yet have learned from moving around that not all Papa John’s pizza is the same. However, I just had the best version from the Clark Road location in Sarasota since leaving Louisville. Thanks for the hug from home especially after dealing with Milton. Your team is all stars!!
