Papa Johns that truly hits the spot. The cashier was really nice and prompt, our pizza was delivered in quite literally less than a minute when we got there. Pizzas looked great, variety of vegetables, and the garlic sauce was amazing. I don't eat papa johns much but when I do, they never fail to disappoint. Amazing food and amazing place!

I went in this store the other day and there was a young lady working named Shea who was doing the job of 3 all by herself and also was so helpful, nice and professional, this will be my new papa John’s even if I have to make a longer drive.. amazing customer service and delicious pizza

Remind you, this location has the lowest rating out of three locations in town for a reason. Been order pizza there since 2022, the employees they hired seemed getting worse everytime, now smoking cigarettes and weed in front of the store during business hours with uniform on is insane. There people made the place look horrible.

Today was my daughters birthday and I had a big order, I called and spoke with Shea who was very kind and professional, I can tell she is either a manager or should be the manager but she took care of the whole order and made sure everything was perfect!!! Thank you Shea for your help on such a big day!!! The food was amazing too, I’ve never seen a pizza look so perfect when opening the box, this is the best papa John’s in Town!!!

Awful experience! We ordered a pizza and nuggets from this store and the order took 1.5 hrs when it was supposed to be 40 minutes. When we tried to call and inquire on the status, it took multiple calls as they didn’t answer the phone. Once we spoke to someone we were told the order had just left and he hung up on us. The delivery service said he was waiting around for 20 minutes for the order. The food arrived cold.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this store!

Absolutely HORRID presentation. Extremely light on toppings and didn't even add ANY extra cheese on my tripple extra cheese papadia. As a former worker at papa John's store 4885 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL 34116 it is absolutely saddening to see such terrible work. None of the breadsticks were to standard. The papadias came in sloppy and extremely light on all toppings. This is unacceptable and management needs to find a new crew.

Just moved to this area and wanted to try the papa johns here , it was absolutely the worst pizza i have ever had ! I used to love papa johns but this location really pissed me off with their terrible food. Lack of toppings ! Dry crust ! I ordered steak and Italian sausage and it came out with NO steak at all ! They barely put veggies on it. $37 for this is brutal !

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have never gotten a bad pizza from Papa John. Today I picked up a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. I was a walk-in. It was still hot when I got home. I, my mother, and her caregiver loved it. It even tasted good warmed up.
At the pizza shop, I had gone back outside to my car to wait for the pizza because there is no place to sit down inside. I have advanced osteoarthritis and I was exhausted. It was raining today. I told the cook to give me a “thumbs up” through the window when the pizza was ready and I would go back inside to pick it up. When it was ready, the cook walked my pizza out to my car in the rain. I was very impressed with that because I didn’t have to walk back inside the store in the rain. I generally don’t tip cooks. I generously tip the drivers because they are at the bottom of the “pizza shop hierarchy.” Drivers don’t even make Minimum Wage! The cooks make way more money. I know because I used to deliver pizza and subs for Vocelli Pizza about twenty years ago. You just about have to live on tips. However, today I did tip the cook. We are currently in a bad economy and people who work in the food service industry are being hit the hardest. I tipped him before he walked the pizza out to me, not after, so my tip was not a reward for his good deed.

I ordered online when I got there they told me 6 more minutes. Well 15 minutes past. While I waited I watched a girl bounce around, go in and out the back door, come in roll dough, sweep and put toppings in pizza. She didn’t wash her hands not one time. She didn’t have on gloves neither did the other two workers. I CANCELLED my order. I’m glad I came in to see how they prepare these orders. Unsanitary.

I placed a order for delivery was left by my door driver did not even knock on the door. Said order would be here at 953 I walk out side at 935 and my pizza is just sitting on the ground not even on the outside table. They made sure to get the tip off the table though
