I was so so disappointed. I remember when this store opened and my family went here for a dinner. It was decent back then, a decade ago.
Tonight, we ordered this from Uber Eats. This was the absolute worst meal we’ve ever had. We ordered the Nashville hot sandwich, an OG sandwich, two orders of nuggets, fries and mac n cheese.
My husband and I took one bite of each sandwich and were instantly repulsed. Both were cold and soggy for one, but even that aside, there was NO flavor. And the chicken on both sandwiches tasted old. Very old.
The nuggets were cold and soggy as well, on top of being bland and overcooked. By a lot. Very dried out. A piece of chicken from where a nugget was torn well before it was put in our order was translucent and hard like hard plastic. It stabbed me when I went to pick it up. My husband had one and I only had a bite before I called it quits on the nuggets.
The fries were cold and soggy, but edible.
The Mac n cheese…. Where do I even begin? Just awful. It tasted like elbow Mac cooked in plain water and thrown into a take out container with just shredded cheese on top. The cheese was melted but there was no cheese sauce, not that we could see or taste. It was just melted shredded cheese on plain noodles for us. Even our 3 young kids hated it. And they live for Mac n cheese.
The house sauce, the PDQ SAUCE, was probably the worst sauce my husband and I ever tasted. He went first and made the repulsed sounds and I assumed he was joking but he was gagging. I said there’s no way it’s that bad and tried it myself on a fry. It was truly an awful combination of flavors and chunky SOMETHING in there. Just the absolute worst.
I just cannot believe how truly terrible this food was. I’m shocked. 100% we will never order from here again.

I went through the drive thru but the order was done fast and the food was fresh. The workers were friendly and they hooked me up with extra ranch when I asked. I’ll be back!
