I ordered a personal pizza with wings and a 2 Liter Diet Pepsi. The Dr. Pepper i received was NOT diet. You don't sub a sugary drink in place of a diet. Diabetics can't handle that. I wasted money on a 2 Liter drink I can't have. Thanks guys!!
Was missing 2 medium pizzas because they never showed up on the final receipt. The " large" stuffed crust cheese pizza was like a medium with no sauce and barely any cheese on or in it. The boneless chicken wings were small overcooked balls of breading. Pizza Hut will not be getting my business again. One star is too good, but there's no lesser rating. I don't recommend anything either, but I can't post this w/o putting something there.

I've never visited a fast food place that refused to serve you if you didn't give them a telephone number. And that's exactly what happened at this Pizza Hut. I was asked for my telephone number and when I told them that I preferred not to give out my telephone number for privacy reasons, they said I couldn't place an order without it. I found this to be not only discriminatory but an outride attempt to violate my right to privacy. And when you try to contact Pizza Hut customer service they make it so difficult and frustrating that you just don't want to bother. Why would you require me to create an account with Pizza Hut just to file a complaint. Pizza Hut needs to take a closer look at their procedures which are clearly anti-customer and their obvious attempt at violating privacy rights. As with all faceless corporations, Pizza Hut has chosen to put themselves before their customers.
