I ordered a pizza online and you guys need to straighten your app out or something I didn't understand it I thought I ordered my pizza came to Pizza Hut and the pizza wasn't ready and then they wanted to charge me $20 for $10 pizza

I placed an order with this location for the 20 for $10 deal they have. I received a call from some snarky man saying they were out and could only offer me a six piece which is a very unreasonable accommodation especially since this isn’t the customers fault. I would think you could atleast give me something equivalent to what I requested. I told him that and he got very dismissive about it.. I now notice, he refunded my whole order without even saying it so now my kids wont even be receiving the other food I ordered. I guess the only good thing that came from this experience is that I got money back and I don’t have to spend it with such a rude person. I’ll take my money some where else

These guys really need to shut down take out orders if they cant fulfill them. Its 347 pm on a monday... my take out order was placed at 315 pm.. they haven't even started my order yet. How can you even do takeout orders? Its 2025 here... it doesn't take 52 minutes to make a couple pizzas during the slow time of the day. No one is here picking up any orders .. its absolutely dead. We dont get paid as grubhub or doordash drivers to wait in restaurants . We are trying to earn a living and in the process that helps you expand your business.. Its not fair I have to wait 20 minutes because pizza hut doesn't have there act together . I wouldnt come here or order here for takeout. They won't take care of you . I even left my house 5 minutes late to prevent long waiting . I won't accept orders from here again. Its not worth it. No driver should be waiting 20 minutes for free. Thats not ok. No excuses

Ava and yovonne are the nicest workers ive met. they are very quick and helpful. i was very delighted by how clean the store was. the vibes in the store were really good. i feel like they wanted to be there and wanted to help. i will 100% come back to this store in the future.

17th St NEED TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY unprofessional from the General Manager to the food. I get it’s busy and everyone’s under stress but you knew on a Tuesday morning before going to work how it may be FIND ANOTHER JOB today made me done with 17th St Pizza Hut in Sarasota. 1 hour n 25 mins for a personal pan n 4 boneless wings, three people behind me orders were made with no problem and was more then I ordered and they still got their food faster.
