This is my go to place for breakfast or lunch. The staff have become like family members and truly are the heart of this restaurant. The food is wonderful and should there be any issue at all, It is gladly corrected. I am there at least once a week and enjoy it each and every time. Anytime I bring my grandchildren with me, they're treated like the royalty, I believe them to be! And do yourself a favor, go on a Friday and have a bowl of their clam chowder. It's absolutely...
Called in a takeout order with only two breakfast items...a bagel sandwich and a breakfast burrito. The burrito was delicious, but the side of salsa was tiny in comparison...not even enough for half the burrito. The bagel sandwich was wrong...requested ham, bacon and cheese and specifically no egg...got bacon, egg and cheese...no ham. I should have checked, but figured there's no way a longstanding local diner will get that little order wrong. It was very busy and tables...
Great neighborhood restaurants filled with regulars. The waitresses knew most of all the customers by name which always shows you a loyal following due to great food.
The menu is huge considering they're open for breakfast and lunch only. Their lunch entree sounded wonderful but we were there for breakfast.
I got the Country Benedict which was very good and huge. I definitely needed a takeout box when I was finished.
