They sold me a burnt croissant and wouldn’t even let me return it with the receipt. They are heartless and cruel, I hope they get what they deserve.
Coffee is great but when I ordered I asked the barista what specifically is in the drink and the drink I got was not what she said. They wouldn’t make me a new one without paying for a new one.
The drinks and cookie in this little outstanding shop are always delicious. The service is also always wonderful and those who work there are always friendly. To top it off they have a points system where you can earn free food/drinks if you go enough. Whether you are local or visiting Sarasota you definitely want to make sure you stop and enjoy some of their excellent offerings.
