Great food and great staff! One of the better sandwich places I've been to! Definitely a place to go for a quick bite to eat!

Caramelized onions weren't caramelized at all, I didn't get get swiss cheese on my sammy and the prime rib is gristle meat on my prime rib sandwich. Not impressed at all

This place reminds me of Chiago when I first enjoyed them. Consistency and quality are the same! As a new location and far out area for their establishment there are a few minor things that need to be worked out but that comes with the newness of it, growing pains. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie and she is a sweetheart and very dedicated! I love how I no longer need to visit Chicago or more recently Tampa to enjoy their amazing food. I started with A Werck and now that it's local I I've tried other sandwiches and all have been delightful

On Monday, July 14th, around 7:00 PM, a sandwich was ordered. While the staff appeared to be experiencing a typical level of busyness, a concerning observation was made. The employee preparing the sandwich answered a cell phone call while wearing the same gloves used for food preparation and subsequently placed the phone on the sandwich preparation surface. It is recommended that store management address these procedural issues to mitigate potential health risks.

Hands down the worst sub I've ever had. A sub with nothing but a couple slices of meat. NO lettuce, tomato, onions, sauce, mayo, etc. NOTHING. It's the second, and last, time I try Potbelly Sandwich Shop.

Prime rib sandwich was DELISH! The chicken salad was very dry, even with the added ranch. Not very good. The mac and cheese was horrible. I paid for it but but just threw it out. Nasty.

Get the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie! It was fresh and perfect today. Enjoyed my turkey sandwich as well. Happy to have Potbelly in Sarasota!

Well they have been open a week and i call to place an order when i was i told by a male that answered phone said he could not take my order to do it online but i pay cash cant do that online,hopefully if i call again they can take my order

I love Potbelly!!! We just moved here a year ago and I’m so glad they opened my favorite sub shop in Sarasota. The Avo Turkey and the Meatball are my two favs. And I love you can get any sub skinny so there is less bread. We moved here for my son to go to IMG so we are by the school in Bradenton so I’m glad it is close enough to uber eats.

I love Potbelly’s. This place will get its legs sooner or later, no doubt. Everyone was nice and friendly but Sandwich Maker Dani had an unpleasant attitude. She was snappy with customers and co-workers. Hopefully next time I see her she will be in a friendlier state of mind. Other than that the food was yummy and have no complaints with my order

Food was decent, nothing out of this world. The ordering system is terrible. You have to order your food, then go to another station where they ask you what you ordered before putting on toppings, followed by the third station where you have to tell the cashier what you ordered. I would recommend just using their app to avoid frustration. I can’t imagine how chaotic it would be if there were actually other people there.

Congrats on your grand opening today!! I’m so happy that you guys are in Sarasota now and that I don’t have to wait until my trips to Chicago to enjoy all of your delicious food!! I was very surprised at that incredible use of this space that you made as the former tenant Tijuana Flats was very cramped and very old and worn out looking… you guys made this space look amazing and I love all the little nods that you have made to Sarasota in all of your decorating! My Chicken Salad Sandwich was as amazing as I remember in Chicago and I’m glad that you guys finally added vinegar to the menu….that completes my sandwich!! Haha. I wish you guys the best here is Sarasota!!
