Publix Catering at The Plaza at Palmer Ranch

My wife was recently in publix store # 409? Palmer ranch plaza and had an experience with stocker Jose and after going round and round and not able to find the item herself she found Jose stocking shelves and asked him to point her to the item. Instead of just saying it was in aisle # he stopped what he was doing and led her to the item and pointed it out to her, and then asked if she needed anything else as he would be happy to help her. So grateful to have This Publix so close to home. It has THE very best Produce Dept I have ever seen in Boston, Minneapolis, Brooklyn Heights, Westchester County! Superior service. Jenny who I believe is a manager or supervisor, went to look for a product I couldn't find after my cashier asked for help. I was trying a new recipe that required Hominy whole kernel which apparently is not readily available. She took over 10 minutes but w help of a stock boy was able to locate 4 cans for me. After running all over town I didn't mind the wait and really appreciated the length of trouble Jenny went to so I could make my dish. My hat is off to...read full review
