Rocco's has gone down hill in terms of food quality. We walked out all feeling like we consumed a ton of processed food. Also, my old fashioned had more sugar than tequila. There are too many good options around now, so we're going to take a long pause and hope they improve.

Food and service were good, I appreciate the number of gluten free menu option, however the menu is pricy for Mexican. The ambiance would have been much better without a screaming infant at the next table.

Long-time Residents. Been to RT six or eight times. Last night is the last night. Chicken Enchiladas seemed prepared in a microwave. Very little sauce or cheese or flavor. Frijoles were almost watery with no flavor. Wife's Cobb salad was reasonable and guacamole was very good. Took our teenage granddaughters who also had enchiladas. Nobody ate more than one on a plate of two. Sorry.

Menu could have more options as far as versatility goes but overall it was a good bang for your buck, great atmosphere, & not overwhelmingly noisy.

Enjoyed the guac and chips along with shrimp and carne tacos. Gabby was an excellent server!

Did not enjoy the burrito bowl. Two of us ordered it. Expected it to be fresh, it was hot beans and rice, little meat then a warm scoop of sour cream and guac. Expected something totally different. Did not enjoy it all.

Food very good, large portions, tasty Beautiful restaurant. We did 10 minutes for table in the restaurant that was 1/3 empty, not quite sure what that was about ? Service fair

Our first time visiting Rocco's Tacos in Sarasota and definitely won't be our last. Highly recommend the guacamole prepared at your table. The Burrito Bowl was unbelievable! It is a lot of food to eat and so delicious! Can't wait to go again.

The food was pretty good. We got the salsa appetizer, the chips are always good but none of the salsas were that great. The main issue was how hot the restaurant was, I just felt so bad for the staff to have to work in the heat like that.

Great Food, Great Service, A bit loud, between the music, the people, the high open area it was difficult to hear people across the table from us. Appreciate the establishment wants to keep it upbeat and moving, yet not at the risk of taking patrons time to eat and meet with friends. Food was good, we will come back.

Guacamole made at the table was a standout. Noise was too loud for a conversation so maybe we should have eaten outside . Food was great.

It's a fun vibe and consistent with the name and menu. The food was mediocre to me. I ordered Al Carbon with chicken, the chicken was overcooked and dry. I was in a group of 3, the others didn't have complaints but neither complimented their meals either. That's a tell to me. One had fries with their dish and they were not hot. Our service was friendly but quite slow. It was a busy time but there's a misalignment with the service. There were very long times between seating, ordering, and normal service. Bottom line, it's probably a fun place to meet with friends and have a few drinks. The food isn't the reason to go.
