It is disappointing these days to go out and get mediocre food, service, and no ambiance for a price you regret. We took our Son out for his 31st birthday and ordered the Cowboy Ribeye, what a flavorful steak, cooked perfectly with outstanding sides and bottle of wine. OMG what an experience. We all enjoyed our meals, the ambiance, and superb service. I highly recommend this restaurant, but bring your gold card. Great Job Guys!!

Ruth's Chris Steak House does not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday for a private (birthday) party. I started with an Old Fashioned during our little cocktail hour before dinner. Service was excellent throughout the evening, and my drink arrived pronto. It was a nice sized glass with a generous pour. It was one of the best Old Fashioneds I've had out at a restaurant. They took great care of our private party, and the food was absolutely wonderful. We don't frequently come into Ruth's Chris, but I think we may become regulars now.
I think they are having trouble staffing. The staff we had was very inexperienced. I don't mind anyone learning, but for the price point of this restaurant, they should have experienced people. The staff confused the order a few different times and then came back much later to tell us they were out of certain items. When the food did arrive, it was very good and cooked to the temperature everyone requested.

Cayley (sp?) was outstanding; very friendly, helpful and prompt. My Happy Hour filet plus wine was excellent; cooked just right and a plentiful portion, topped with a blue cheese crust. My wife was not happy with her salad; too skimpy, mostly just lettuce, purple cabbage and croutons. She said she wouldn't order it again. Still overall a very good experience.

Service wasn't great. Used to the service at the Ruth's in Sarasota on 41. Asked waiter for things that were never brought to us. Won't be back to this location. For the amount of money you spend, service should be top notch.

1 steak was hard and dry. The manager sarcastically even said, Oh well I tried after offering sauce for a very dry steak. John our waiter was great. Very attentive. Atmosphere is great. 1st drink was good, the 2nd Manhattan was off. Too much ice in the wrong glass.

We ate at Ruth's Chris Steak House next to Center Point in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, for my wife's birthday. The whole family had a great night out. Everything was fantastic including the food and service. From the hostess to the servers it was a top notch team effort! Most significant, Jeremy did a SENSATIONAL job coordinating the entire event from start to finish. Jeremy made us feel special and his personality added to the enjoyment of the evening. Thank you to the Ruth's Chris Steak House staff for a delicious meal and a memorable night for my wife and her family for my wife's "29th" birthday celebration!
Not worth the money. Steak came out medium Well and I ordered medium rare. They took it off our check but not what you expect at a steak house. Service was not great either. We won't be returning.

It was our Anniversary of 52 years. Rose petals on the table and an Anniversary card from staff was a great touch. Zoe was a great wait person. Very personable efficient and knowledgeable.

Delicious high end food and atmosphere. It has been years since visiting a Ruth's Chris (last was Chicago). It was 5 stars then and they have not slipped a bit. There were able to slide into the "everything is casual" environment, and deliver top quality food and service. I love this place.
Food and service were both excellent. We had filet, ribeye steak and crab cakes. All were prepared perfectly. Sdrvive was attentive but never intrusive. Background noise was quiet enough that we could converse in normal voices.

We did the happy hour. Food was OK, ordered two steak sandwiches, an appetizer and two cocktails. With tip and tax it came to $100. We had a gift card and honestly would not be willing to pay this much for what we got. I could think of other places to go where I would spend $100 for dining Service was OK, food was OK, nothing exciting. It seems like they served the food. They cannot serve in the regular dining for happy hour. For example, the french fries were a little niblets, and the steak was just an end cut so rather than discard, they serve during the happy hour. 
Service wasn't what I expect for this level of restaurant. Because they serve the steaks on a 500° plate the steak continues to cook.  Will try again and hope for a better experience.

Excellent dinner tonight. The steaks are always perfect. Prepared as I wanted. Our service was polite and there when we needed, but didn't bother us when we didn't.Everything was top notch and the experience was perfect.

We arrived early, but were immediately seated at a booth. The hostesses and the entire wait staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. They all worked together to make our dining experience exceptional.
