The Sarasota Farmers Market is one of the best parts of downtown on Saturday mornings.
It’s not just about fresh produce — though the fruits, veggies, and locally grown herbs are always excellent — it’s also the atmosphere. You’ll find artisan breads, pastries, fresh seafood, local honey, handcrafted soaps, Olive Oil from Italy, jewelry, and unique gifts.
The vendors are friendly and take pride in their work, and there’s a real sense of community as you walk through...
Sarasota Farmer’s Market did not disappoint. I got Tomato & Basil pasta sauce from Lydia’s, stocked up on the softest gear from Bambooty Bodygear, got danced by the musicians (yesss!), and scored some Reishi + Lion’s Mane. An Island In The Sun! ☀️
Cute farmer’s market with a variety of offerings. Fresh produce, coffee, organic skin care, sea salts, honey, roasted pork belly, awesome smoked barbecue, beautiful plants, “world’s best guacamole”, New Haven style pizza, and more were offered! It was a nice walk in the downtown area to meet and chat with local vendors. If you’re visiting, definitely stop by and support the locals. Would definitely come again next time we’re in town.
