Island House Tap & Grill on Siesta Key is a fantastic spot for a laid-back meal with a true island feel. The food was great across the board—well prepared, flavorful, and clearly made with care. This was our second visit to Island Tap House and it was just as great the second time as it was the first. Highly recommend the tuna nachos. The house salad was amazingly fresh, and although, a very basic salad, it was sooooo good! The house made ranch is very thick and I questioned it until I took a bite....delicious! Stop by. You will not be disappointed.

Some good info to know. Food at Island House is great. Tacos come in quantity of three and they do not allow mix and match. The sweet potato tacos are amazing and unique. They have beer and wine, no alcohol. Parking is fairly easy. Indoor seating is very limited and is mostly outside. Tables are high tops. Little known fact is that they do offer a locals discount if you ask for it.
