Great ice cream and phenomenal fudge. Amit and Mario are gracious individuals happy to serve.
The first two times I went to the Siesta Key location, they closed an hour early and denied entry. Yesterday, when I asked if they had blueberry waffle cone ice cream, the manager said he never heard of it and he’s been at that store for two years. He might want to learn Kilwins ice cream flavors.🤦🏻♂️. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at every other Kilwins…including St. Armand’s… but the Siesta Key location continues to lack what makes Kilwins...read full review

Mario and Zack are professional and knowledgeable about their delicious goodies, and know how to create an enjoyable fun experience. They genuinely care in making sure customers find the flavors they like. The ice cream is so good. The New Orleans Pecan Praline is the best, and the milkshakes are absolutely the best one could possibly have. The chocolate peanut butter ice cream is to die for. Other flavors include s'mores and peanut butter pie. The fudge is delicious. The staff is very positive and funny, encouraging people to keep trying as many flavors as needed. The establishment is amazing, so clean, organized, tidy, and everything is organized. It is a great treat after dinner and a great ending to a date night. Will recommend to friends and family.
