We placed a giant order for a family gathering. Service was quick, order correct, and food delicious!

I wanted to try the burgers at this restaurant. Not a big fan of ordering my food via a kiosk, the orders don't come out right. The burgers and fries were okay, nothing special.

I would rate the service 3 stars because, although I ordered food in advance through the app, when I arrived, I saw my burger already sitting on the counter. I asked the cashier if my order was ready, even though I could see the burger there, but she simply replied that she was very busy and continued on. I had to wait a few more minutes, so my burger wasn’t as fresh as I expected.

Great experience at stake shack!!! The place was clean, the food was really good, and the surface stood out. Obed, the gentle manager, he came out and brought me a water, such a kind gesture. He went out of his way to make sure everything was good and was extremely friendly, even approached me by my name. You can totally truly cares about customers. I’ll definitely be back.

Honestly I don’t know how the food is. I wanted a shake and couldn’t decide between two flavors so I figured I’d go to the counter and ask if they had samples. Well after 4 different employees side-eyed me and didn’t ask if I wanted help I left. Not a huge fan of CF, but at least 3 people would have asked if I needed help by that same time. Do better, bunch of soy boys walking around with their heads down.

First time dining. The set up for ordering is really a poor design. It’s by the entrance. Restaurant was packed. The place for ordering by the front door was an mess and lines backed up by the booths. Just a crowded uncomfortable experience.

This when it’s busy and at university town center it’s goin to be busy but the design and flow of ordering was just chaotic. Even if they had someone taking orders by the “window” I haven’t even tried the food yet but had to provide the feedback.

This store was running a special where they were giving away free shack burgers with any $10+ purchase for the holidays. When I ordered pick up and arrived, they forgot to make it and refused to when I asked them to correct their mistake. The only reason I paid $18 for a single patty burger was because I thought I was getting 2. Not to mention my large soda that was basically a cup of ice. Very disappointed with this location.

The staff are incredibly kind and empathetic, as well as quick working and professional. The hotdogs are good, and the atmosphere is very nice and casual.
