Shake Shack UTC Sarasota

I want to share my experience at this Shake Shack. We spent a pleasant time with my family. The manager is an amazing person. Mr. O B. He is really doing a nice job. He personally brought my food to the table. And greeted us in a very polite manner. Place was clean and service was quick. Nice place to come back to. Thanks to Mr. O B, great Job.

Went in expecting to order at a counter. Had to order on a kiosk that was filthy dirty and full of finger prints and grease. Went to pay and there was a tip they wanted to add in, I dont think so.Had a cheeseburger fries and a chocolate shake. Cheeseburger was sitting in a pool of grease. Bun was the size of a slider. Cheese Fries were nothing to rave about. Cheese wasn't hot and didn't taste right. Shake was awful threw half of it away. Tasted terrible. Wife had chicken bites. They were cold and tasted like cardboard. We wont be back nor do we recommend!

Shake Shack at UTC is one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. The burgers are always cooked just right, the patties are flavorful, & buns are super soft. Their crinkle fries are always crispy, and the shakes are honestly addictive.
It’s one of those spots you keep coming back to because the quality is consistent every single visit.

Beautiful day having lunch at the Shake Shack patio -- the best part of the visit. Pet friendly 🐶. We ordered 2 Shack Cheeseburgers, fries, a shake and coke. The bun was not warmed, cheeseburger was dry and crinkle fries ok, same Sysco food that you find everywhere these days IMO.

First ever time trying shake shack. It was pretty good, but I didn’t understand the hype entirely as the burger was pretty standard and kind of small. The fries were also typical to other fast food fries I’ve had. In terms of fast food it wasn’t all that unique of an experience for me.

I have had the very best experience with Pat she's been exceptional taking care of me from the minute I arrived to order. She actually took my order and was extremely professional she's a awesome representative for your awesome establishment.
I would consider her for management she's definitely would be an asset to your company.
By the way your burgers are the best.
