We loved this wine bar! We were in from Michigan and truly enjoyed exploring siesta key. Melanie (pretty sure that was her name!) was so kind, knowledgeable and funny. We were there until closing and she said to just relax while she closed up. They have soft seating and a really cozy set up, which I loved! Wine was incredible. Hope to go back someday!

Great place... great owner... great wine. Love the lights hanging from the ceiling for the holidays. Park for free if in the plaza... if not... fair warning... we were told people are watching. Park at the beach and take the free (tips) trolley. $6 an hour to park local... your call :)

Love the Wine Bar! Friendly patrons and staff in a very cozy and inviting atmosphere! Feels like you are sitting in a friend's lanai or family room. Wonderful selection of wine and a limited set of options for others that prefer something else (e.g. beer, seltzers...)

Cute place with potential. However bartender was not friendly and said that the free bottle of wine that was on Yelp with check in was no longer honored by new owners. We ordered a couple of flights of wine which was tasty. But probably won't be back.

Not sure what the appeal is about this place. First it smells like a old country store where I should be buying pancake mix or a cast iron pan or a bar of soap. Basically like potpourri which I don't hate but not for a wine bar. We got no water with our service which to me is important while drinking wine. The service was not great. It was busier when we first got there but after everyone left, and our glasses were empty, we did not see the bartender again. She was too busy bsing with the people at the main bar. Wine selection was not great at all. We did not get a flight but we surely did want one given their sub par wine selection. Hard pass on a second visit. I can drink wayyyy better wine at home for way less.

The Siesta Key Wine Bar is a nice place. Good vibe, good wine, nice decor. It was reasonably priced, as well.

We’ve been going to the wine bar every year that we come to Siesta Key. We went for our second time this trip today because we missed the cut off for the fights of wine the other day. So today we rush off the beach, got the kids dressed and got to the wine bar just making it in time. We were told by the women working we can’t sit inside or get wine flights because her party inside was priority over us. So at that point we we left in disappointment. As we were leaving we were told by another couple they were forced outside as well because the party came first. I understand larger parties are good for business but don’t think they should come at the cost of other (returning) costumers and nice customer service.

Great stop for a solid wine and people who know what they're talking about. Met some nice people and brought home a wine glass.

The cutest little wine bar at siesta key! Mel is very versed in wine (and well traveled) so she’s definitely the right person to direct all of your wine questions towards! The list has a variety of wines (red or white) from france, Italy, Portugal & California and is constantly changing. Went back twice in a day. Bonus, they pour generously. Pro tip: get to go cups and walk to the beach. Parking isn’t ideal, but then again, there is no ideal parking in siesta key. Pay $6 an hour and pay for a couple of hours and hang out at the beach. Worked out for us. Great spot!
