Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Decent prices and good food. The Swiss truffle Burger is even better than the Smashburger! Also be sure to try the crispy brussel sprouts. yummy! They also have a great rewards program so you can save money while eating there

I will start by saying I don't eat red meat so I haven't had one of their traditional hamburgers but my daughter likes them. I've tried their turkey burger which I didn't care for. It didn't taste fresh and definitely tasted like it was just a frozen burger so I'm not sure if they make them fresh there or not. Their black bean burgers are okay. The best thing is their sides. The smash fries and tots are so good. Their regular fries and tots are good...

The texture of the mwat was good but kind of , I had the sweet potato fries as a side... No drink and it came up to around 11 dollars. I prefer the burgers at Culvers for a portion of the price
