I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location every week for a long time, but after my recent experiences, I won’t be returning.
A few weeks ago, I was served a five-day expired snack. When I pointed it out, the staff didn’t apologize or take responsibility — instead, they made excuses. Only after they noticed I had taken a picture of the expiration date did they offer me a $3 credit. That’s not acceptable food handling or customer service.
Today, I stopped by again to simply add cold foam to a coffee I had just purchased, and the staff refused to do it because the transaction was already paid for. I’ve never had anything like this happen at any other Starbucks location.
The lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this store is disappointing, especially considering how frequently I visited. It’s clear the team here needs training in both food safety and customer care.

I am in the beautiful State of Florida for 6 weeks and have gotten my coffee here almost everyday. You provide wonderful customer service and your coffee is delicious and I have tried several varieties. You are starting to recognize me and that special hello means a lot. Thank you!

I love coming to this location for my coffee! The staff is so sweet, and they all work so hard. The teamwork that I witnessed this morning is amazing! They are all managers of chaos and do so with integrity and a smile on their faces which is something that isn’t easy to do!

I brought a personal cup and watched them pour piping hot coffee into a plastic cup and then poured it into my stainless steel cup… I guess they don’t teach common sense at this location. I don’t want leaching plastic in my coffee Starbucks. Be smarter.

Line was very long, lady named Jessica was a bit aggressive in the drive thru. My food came out undercooked, my water was not refrigerated like it normally is and pumpkin spice was all over my refresher. I wished more cleanliness and could not go back and return my stuff or else I would be even more late for work now. So much for breakfast :(

They remodeled, and clearly, they do not want you actually to stay in the store. They also put locks on the bathroom door, as if we live in the city. Starbucks has really lost its way as a coffee shop. They want you to get your drink and leave.

The only thing that is bad about this location is we’ve been sitting in line for 14 minutes and it’s 1:42 in the afternoon on a Saturday. The line is quicker in the morning when there’s 100 cars in line.
What can I say. It's Stelarbucks. Over priced and over rated. The food used to be much better, now it's no better than McDonald's and the coffee really isn't that great. However, it's convenient to go to when on the road.

They gave me wrong coffee..... It was Pike roast, not what I ordered. Yuck Very disappoint.....
But on a good note, the best part of order was cheese croissant fabulous and it was warm... They did that part right😁 Store was very short of staff also.... They need to hire some people to work at this store..... Not one of my better starbucks experiences... The employees were kind but did not get my drink made correctly..... I had to throw it out down the road😓😢
