DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! Justin is extremely rude with me refusing to give my daughter some tap water who was thirsty, he insisted I have to make a purchase. I am in the service industry too and refusing to give someone water in an environment that is very hot most of the year is wrong in every way! He couldn’t even look me in the eyes when telling me this. Absolutely disgusting behavior!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Starbucks. I placed an order and arrived on time, but things quickly went wrong. My name was written incorrectly, and as a result, my drink was handed to someone else. When I asked for help, the employee named Mason refused to assist, instead laughing and chatting with another employee who had pink hair, completely ignoring me.
We waited for 20 minutes and still didn’t get our order. Eventually, we just left without our drinks. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It felt like the staff prioritized socializing over actually helping customers. I hope management takes this seriously.
Between daily teas, espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches, we spent thousands of dollars per year at Starbucks (do the math, these daily $20 visits add up); yet the Starbucks inside University Mall in Sarasota refused to give us 2 Venti ice waters unless we made a purchase. I had cash money in my hand that I was intending to put in their tip jar so I said ok, just charge me for the water then. They couldn’t do that because that would require common sense. It’s a holiday weekend but you can bet your @$$ I’ll be on the phone with Starbucks corporate come Tuesday.

I purchased a double smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Play toss it in the microwave and I daringly ask for a pack of mayonnaise. I was told they don't have mayonnaise at Starbucks and a gigantic Mall
