They are always slammed. I ordered a premade ready to go food item (that did not need to be heated) I was told I would have to wait with the15+ people who were waiting for drinks. I had two little kids with me and just wanted a piece of pumpkin loaf for them. This location is always super busy and the staff seem pretty fed up. I avoid coming here at all costs!

When I arrived I had to wait a moment to order my coffee because the girls who were working were like half lost. Then a very friendly girl helped me and I ordered an espresso. I was waiting for approximately five minutes until I tried to approach one of the girls to see if my order was ready, and I discovered why my coffee was on the counter, it turns out that the girl put it on the counter and never called me or ever He said my name. Of course when I drank the coffee it was no longer hot. If I give it two stars it is because of the attention of the first girl.

Don’t trust their hours. Came at 8:15 when on google maps and their website said they close at 8:30 they said it was wrong and they’re closed, very misleading. Waste of time to walk in the mall to only find out they’re closed when the mall was busy still.

I live close to the mall and since having my daughter, I've joined an amazing class called Fit4Mom. After the class I grab a coffee from Starbucks and Patrick has been there. He is always incredibly kind and even remembered our names asking how my daughter is doing and everything! It really stands out to me as you can see in my previous review 5 years ago that service isn't always perfect but it really shows when it is or even jist being personable and kind goes a long way! Thanks for being kind to my daughter and I at our weekly visits!Original review 2018-I been coming to the UTC mall since it opened and visit the Starbucks regulary. I haven't always got the best service but I get the ABSOLUTE BEST service everytime THEODORE is there. He is always making my drink the best, correct the first time, or is always quick to fix it if something is wrong! THEODORE is an amazing barista and my favorite to visit! Always super kind even when another customer is unfriendly to him, he always remains sweet! Whenever I come to UTC and want a coffee, I look for Theodore everytime!!! Thanks!

Former worker here great staff however if you looking to work at Starbucks WORK ANYWHERE ELSE. Lack of care from cooperate, space is none existence, its hot under there we are always slammed. I was never properly trained for the 6 months when I worked there. We had like 4 different store mangers that kept getting replaced by cooperate.

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years. Most of the staff here are absolutely wonderful and execute their job Perfectly! Unfortunately, this week I feel I have been discriminated against and the experience I went through the other day with this location was horrific! I have been ordering the same drink for two years. It cost me nearly $12 every day just for this one drink. I am very particular about this drink and I order it in the afternoons. The barista's here are lovely and even make an accommodation or two for me and I am grateful. However Patrick is rude and demeaning. I went in this week and when I mentioned "oh could I have just a splash of iced coffee on top" he said in a degrading tone that "they can't do that". He did mention he would "accommodate me that day but not moving forward". Accommodate me?, are you kidding? At almost $12 per drink and ordering this 280 times a year you do the math. How are you going to charge someone for less than 2 ounces of iced coffee poured over their drink? What is he going to do charge me an additional $4 to pay for a small iced coffee? I think not. And remember the entire time he was speaking to me in his demeaning tone he did not look at me one time and I informed him that if that was an accommodation, and he was not going to be doing that moving forward, he really should not have been putting my Americano in a Trenta cup (This is how I have to ask for it once it is ordered. It can not be ordered this way). Then he tried to clap back at me and I said look if you tell me that you won't be putting it in a Trenta cup any longer I will stop coming here. He said me "well with statements like that" Regardless, I feel as though because I am gay I was being targeted, and that he may be homophobic and that he feels he can speak to me anyway that he wants to. Very very unfortunate.

Ordered a caramel frappe and they gave me this. So I asked, kindly, is this a caramel frappe? They said yes. So I asked, where’s the caramel? They said it’s in there. ?????????????.Ummmm, No, it’s not. Terrible service.Also messed up on my drink. I asked for a venti and they gave me a grande.They did fix that for me, but did not fix the frappe. I left with the vanilla bean, didn’t want to make a scene.
