Ok, yes it is Starbucks but hear me out. These folks were awesome! Kathy deserves special mention. Super cheerful and friendly. She totally pumped up her teammates. Made my morning! And of course consistently good coffee is a plus!
Corine was amazing this morning..she checked my publix items out at the cafe..saved my hip joint alot of wear and tear ...excellent customer service..that's something that is going by the way side in today's world!
People don't think customer service is needed sometimes. This Starbucks will prove you wrong. The entire staff was so friendly and talkative that i thought I was being pranked. The drinks were perfectly done, The food was spot on and the cleaniness of the store was superb. Even with a long line and a drive thru that was oput of the parking lot busy, the staff all spoke and gave me an almost personalized tone. I wish I lived here for this everyday. Well done staff and Starbucks
