Came in evening of 10/10/24. Same day hurricane milton hit. Lee was working by himself during a very busy evening and I have to say I’m very impressed with his ability to remain calm and get orders out to people in a time of need with very limited food options. He also consistently changed his gloves. 5 stars for Lee!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews cause I know we all have bad days but the manager here is so rude and disrespectful, I’ve never seen anyone angry about coming to eat at your place of business i came to pick up my online order which the manager was out in the back on the phone and was angry I came to pick up my food which wasn’t even started then gave me attitude while she continued her conversation on the phone I will never come back here again it’s unfortunate.
5 stars only because of the young lady new worker that was working here around noon today!! She was by herself doing a job of 2-3 people. Super patient,friendly and great attitude. She was so busy and handled everyone perfect. She deserves to be making what 2-3 people do. It was not right she was here by herself. She needs to find a better job someone can really use this young lady.

NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The employees were blasting ghetto music so loud you can’t even tell them your order. It was awful they were extremely rude. It’s clear there is no management at this location. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The individuals the employees invite into there to give them free food and loiter around. The employees clearly were not trained for customer service and make people hate going to these places. Completely ghetto environment and everything was just a horrible experience. This place gives subway a bad name. Spent over $30 here and I wish I went anywhere else. I definitely won’t be going back to a subway again after my experience at this specific location. Felt like I was in jail and couldn’t wait to leave.

For me, I liked that they have lost quality in their offerings and to top it all off, they have raised their prices too much. It's a shame, I liked going with my family to eat.

Ordered online from home, only 2 sandwiches, very simple order. I stayed home for roughly 10 minutes, then went to leave and dealt with traffic. Roughly 30 minutes before I arrived, plenty of time for them to do the whole order. I arrive, no order ready, the lady says "just a minute" and seemingly starts my order at that point. Waited another 10 minutes and it was done. What's the point of ordering online if you don't start until I arrive? Avoid this location go anywhere else.
I ordered a very simple sandwich online, with only 5 ingredients. They didn’t put on 2 of the ingredients, and when I went and picked it up in store, and they neglected to tell me they left it out of my sandwich, and I only found out when I got home. I called the store and told them about the mistake, and asked very politely for a refund or for them to remake it, but then the lady working hung up on me. Also there was a dead cockroach smack in the middle of the bathroom floor. Don’t go here.

If I could give less than one star to this subway, I would. The guy who is serving food over there and claiming to be the manager is very rude and dirty. He doesn't cover his long hair while working he dropped a knife on the floor and picked it back without washing it and used it to make food. He doesn't seem happy with his job he is putting the earbuds and talking on the phone the whole time so he could not hear the customers' orders and gave us the wrong one. Also, he has descminative behavior and refuses to serve us because we are strangers. I'm seeking legal advice to file a lawsuit against Subway.

Ordered a footlong sandwich and the bread was hard/stale. I cut most of the bread off to eat it. I also got the footlong cookie, pretzel and churro and they were not good. The pretzel and the churro were hard and the cookie wasn't great, but at least edible. I threw out the churro and the pretzel. I won't be going back to that location!

Asked if they had fresh lettuce as what they had was brown and was told no they didn’t. Other ingredients were not as fresh as they should have been. No mayo. Bread was almost stale. Will not go again and glad we only got 6 inch subs.
