Fresh ingredients and soft bread, was just what we needed after landing at SRQ with the whole family. Great service! The worker went above and beyond to be available, make everything to our liking, and even treated the kids with some cookies.

Did not open up at 8am this morning, July 6. The worker decided to show up at 815 and left the lights off and couldn't go in. Fevil says I should change my review because they open at 9. I don't think I will Fevil. Even on your own website page and the sign on your front door says 8. Nice try pal. If you're saying you open up at 9, then you got false advertising going on.

Their hours on their door and online are wrong. That really threw a wrench into the day.

The clerk custom readied the sandwich from ordering at the restaurant. .I have history in supermarket businesses. The food was delicious. Feah meat and crisp vegetables. The sandwich artist hospitality and atriude are great. I will recommend this restaurant to people visiting our area. A very good experience.

Meatballs were cold out of the microwave. Sandwich was not good. Cheese was changed

One word: RIPOFF! At 2:20pm I ordered a footlong ham, egg, and cheese on flatbread ($7.49 on the menu) and the server rang it up as a #9 Homerun Ham and added $3 for eggs. I pointed out the price on the menu, and she said, "That's just for breakfast." At that price, it just didn't taste as good as usual. The thing is, I went online 10 minutes later to try ordering the same thing and it totaled up at $7.49 plus tax. So, my advice is order ahead online here if you don't want to get ripped off, too.

Went to this location for lunch at 1:30pm just be told they did have ANY BREAD. How can a sandwich shop that serves mostly sandwiches have NO BREAD? This is absolutely ridiculous and crazy! Wasted my lunch time going here and not be able to get lunch. SMH just close the store!

Subway located in Plaza with Captain Brian's. The ingredients did not look fresh. The restaurant was dirty and bathrooms were very dirty. There was trash on the ground a mold ring in the urinal. We were told at 10:30 we were the second guests of the day. I would have assumed that the place would have been cleaner.

I ordered 4 dozen cookies online. I waited till the web site said my order was done. Then added 10 more min and came to the store for pickup. My order was not ready and I also got a lot of attitude from the one person working in the store.

I was here yesterday for 3 and a half hours working on an essay for college, and it genuinely was such a wonderful experience. With an amazing sandwich made by Chris, in a clean environment with minimal noisieness which often follows "fast food" restaurants, and just a generally excellent atmosphere. Every guest that came in Chris was greeting them, having casual conversation as the sandwiches were made, and each guest walked away with a smile. I will be back, this experience was amazing.

I eat here at least 2-3 times a week and love this location! The staff is very friendly, the location is always clean, and the food is always great! Great job Subway!
