Waited 20 minutes for then even start making my food (kiosk order) and got food poisoning last night. The customer service is a joke, stood at counter for 15 mins to simply pay after ordering on kiosk.
Definitely going to be contacting Elite Businesses Of sarasota and reporting the food poisoing.
Slight disappointment. I didn’t know your not allowed to add to an order at the window if you forgot something

Google says they are open till 3. A couple friends went to use the restroom while we were in the drive thru and there were other people sitting in the lobby. They told my friends the lobby was closed, despite the door being unlocked and they did NOT hear the employees saying it was closed. We pulled up to this window anfter placing an $40+ order and the girl with pink and orange hair said “are those your friends?” And when we said yes she said “yeah we aren’t serving you guys tonight.” And slammed the window on us and ignored us when we asked for more information. Absolutely absurd service after working with them to work around ordering with them despite them being out of beef AMD chicken. Actually astonished by the rude service despite us working with them to order around the items they were missing

I have been waiting for a doordash for 45 minutes, and the employees just cursed me out for asking for an eta. Whoever was working on 11/27/24 at 12:49 put their hands on another doordasher who tried to ask about their order. They refused to give me their names, or I would have mentioned them in this review.

Dark green slime lettuce in all 3 tacos of combo meal I ordered in drive thru. Lucky I looked at them when putting sauce on them. When I called the manager to maybe have him look at the lettuce, he was no help. Nothing like I’ll look into it or sorry, or anything. Wow.

Hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever encountered. If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order and was never texted my receipt, okay thats fine they have the information and I should get my food shortly. I asked numerous times and was told "Your food is being cooked". 40 minutes later I still had no food and the employee making food informed me they were only doing drive through orders even tho they saw myself and others in the lobby waiting for food. I told him I'll wait in the drive thru until my food comes and was threatened they would call the police. Long story short I wasted 45 minutes, $15 and left with no food. Customer service was atrocious and I can imagine had a I received my food it would have been the same. DO NOT COME HERE. First and last time visiting this location. DO BETTER!!!

Taco bell is, in my opinion, the healthiest fast food option. This location is not more remarkable than any other Taco bell, its 5 stars because i think Taco bell is the pinnacle of fast food. My favorites are chicken chalupa, crunchwrap, and the doritos locos tacos.
Vegetarian options: You can switch out meat for black beans in every dish, i believe. Or if there is a dish they wont swap black beans for i haven't discovered it yet.

Mark the store as closed. They have the place blocked off
Changing my review because the manager lied to my face.
"Mobile orders are made when you arrive, using geo- location... " Then he changed the story to : "they make it right when you order." Which meant my order had been ready for 30 minutes. I kindly requested if it would be cold, they said no. But it was cold.
It's fine if that's the way it goes. But the manager should not lie just to get the food out of the window. And when I asked him for an honest answer, he walked away from me. He didn't want his "inventory numbers to be bad"
The employee standing there was nice and tried to help, but I left and chose not to cancel my order, get refunded, and then place it again. The manager was not kind.
