this is my 3rd and final time ordering from this place. 1st time was ok. 2nd time i ordered mobile pick up and when i went to the counter the employee just stared at me when i asked for my order. a manager had to stop what they were doing and hand off the food to me. the refried beans were dried out. today i ordered mobile again because i am on break at work. i am a strict vegetarian. i bit into my burrito and there was a bit of ground beef in a bite i figured it was an accident but a few bites later i found a chunk of chicken. absolutely disgusted never coming back here.

I bought burritos. I was charged 2x, on my card. I got charged $28 for 2 burritos on my card. Didn't know untill I got home. I got charged $16. For 2 wrong made burritos. The erra was fixed & I got the right food but the cashier never voided the $16 charge. Very disappointed. I won't go back. He had attitude.

Feminine black light skinned guy with beard rude beyond measures I wanted nachos. There was a number 5 on the menu that had nachos but it was another bell nachos that was a special I was asking about it and he got very rude. I gave him the same energy that I received he didn’t like it he told me good bye. Didn’t know he owned the restaurant he’s a regular worker that’s rude and should create his own business but obviously he can’t afford one he should work on his attitude. I went there 10/14 at around 9:50 to 10pm in the drive through. Just rude and unprofessional and very unpleasant

The Night Shift needs to be totally replaced even the manager. I’ve been door dashing out of here for 2 1/2 years. I wanted to place an order. I tried both doors they were locked. I went through the drive-through to place my order. She told me I had to come inside I told her the doors were locked. She unlocked the door and I told her I had an order and she said she refused to give it to me. It seemed like they were trying to clean up for the night. I told her I am here to pick up my order and I would like to get a taco and she told me I had to go back through the drive-through but then turn around and come back in for the DoorDash when I was already inside, so she told me I had an attitude which I didn’t and told me that she’s not giving me my order. I will be calling corporate whoever that manager is working the night shift after midnight needs to be fired. I left then turned around and came back in and said let’s try this again because I needed to pick up an order and she told me she wasn’t giving it to me. They need a new manager for that night shift.

I ordered a simple three Doritos Locos tacos meal and I was given a crunchy taco supreme and a burrito supreme which was probably somebody else’s order. Sucks I really hate eating sour cream so it’s trash 🤷♀️🤦♂️

If you like paying $5 for a small cup with half ice and half juice, tiny taco and chalupa portions with barely any meat and then have the lazy workers screw up your order then this is the place for you. This place is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes you get what you pay for, the r at if the time you get ripped off with barely any meat and hardly any lettuce and tomato and like two strands of cheese. I won't return to this place until management cleans it up.

Never open for breakfast. Then when i asked about the hours the man wanted to fight with me. The only car in the parking lot was this Hellcat or some type of newer muscle car. He continued to argue with me and granite I work in the kitchen myself and was just trying to get breakfast however he was so rude and continue to give excuses instead of why he was not open for the hours that are given for breakfast hours and he does this and his management does this and his crew does this in the same Taco Bell does this every time for opening and closed and it's a sorry example that he gives to his employees

Waited 20 minutes for then even start making my food (kiosk order) and got food poisoning last night. The customer service is a joke, stood at counter for 15 mins to simply pay after ordering on kiosk.
Definitely going to be contacting Elite Businesses Of sarasota and reporting the food poisoing.
Slight disappointment. I didn’t know your not allowed to add to an order at the window if you forgot something
