The service is poor, very very poor, the orders are ready at 30 minutes, customers engris, doordash too, the employees make many mistakes, no toilet paper in the bathrooms

Most expensive location I've been to. Taco party pack on website $16.99 here it's $20.99 for 12 tacos? Toasted chalupa on website $4.19 here it's $20.76 for 4. Will not return.

Really bad drive through instructions. The staff made me do three loops around the store to pick up my order.

The beef was wet with liquid, there was hair in the chalupa, and the cinnamon twists tasted like burnt garbage. It made me gag and spit them out.

Worst, the app won’t give me the order number so I can’t file a complaint.

I’m ecstatic that Chili Cheese Burritos are back!!! Service was pleasant at drive thru and my order was actually right! It’s the little things that make some of us happy.

Waited at the register for over 5 mins. Was finally greeted by someone and was told, be with you in a few minutes. Finally got my order. Wasted a lot of my lunch break. Use the drive through if you plan on a quick visit.

I just have to say that it bothers me to see customers treat staff/management as if they are slaves. I have been coming to this location for years!! Here recently, there is a new manager present who is doing an outstanding job with customer service. I visited this location tonight around 7:30 and witnessed a manager politely asking 2 gentleman to use the kiosk or to give her a few minutes and she would be able to take their order. They proceeded to argue with her from a distance, so she came up to speak to them professionally, only stating that she was in fact short staffed and could take their order and use their coupons if they could give her just a second. I was also ordering on the kiosk at the time this took place. The 2 not so friendly men had the audacity to rip up paper and throw them at her!!! The young lady still remained professional as she told then to have a good night on their way out.
Kudos to her for not letting such inappropriate behavior from customers get to her. She went right back to working and taking other customers orders.

It is regrettable that we have reached this point in this remarkable country where there is not more kindness or courtesy to treat clients. Today, Wednesday, September 10th, 2025, at 7:15 pm, we were mistreated by the manager who appears to be struggling with her job responsibilities. She seemed rushed and declined to engage in conversation; when we posed a question, she raised her voice at us in front of other customers. It is evident that she requires additional training and supervision to perform her duties effectively. A few days ago, while ordering through the drive-through, we overheard her yelling at several individuals. She aggressively asked them to leave the restaurant and contacted law enforcement. Given this incident, it is understandable that the couple was frustrated with this unprofessional manager. The owner of this establishment needs to address these issues and ensure that the business is being managed properly. Her behavior is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.

Stopped going for years and decided to try again. Same thing happened. In the drive thru, Place an order and pay for the order. They give me a bag that is missing an item or two. I tell the employee only to be told I do have everything. I try to show her, she says she can’t take the food back and my order is complete. I don’t want to give the food back. I only want all of the items I already paid for. Then the manager comes over and says all she can do is get me what’s missing - I said that’s all I want thank you and tell her what the employee said, only to have the employee deny she said it. Ridiculous, childish, laughable but most of all it’s a business collecting money and not providing the goods, stealing from the customers. By the way, this was a $30 order and the missing item was $2.29. I regret trying again. So many better choices anyway, right next door and across the street in fact. Won’t even go into the fact that the prices have nearly doubled while the food you are given is smaller.

As a walk-in customer, 1st impression, this was the cleanest Taco Bell and the manager greeted me immediately upon walking up to the counter. It was nice to walk into a fast food restaurant with the typical impersonal computer check in and place your own order but having a genuine friendly experience is far and few in-between nowadays. Thanks for the friendly smiles, kind service and yummy quesadilla. 👍👍
