2 Cold Chaupa Supremes! As an Uber eats driver, I know people expect hot chalupas! 45 minutes ago, I picked up an order. The woman at the drive thru window wouldn't heat them up and wouldn't make other ones for me to deliver. I could tell they were cold by feeling the bottom of the bag. The customer noticed as well!!

Used to be a really nice lady that worked the drive thru, now it’s a mean ol lady who’s not pleasant and yells at you to leave when you’re checking to see if they messed up your order before pulling away. Tacos be sloppy, don’t bother going indoors, they ignore all walk-ins. Go else where.

It's no wonder these particular people that worked at 7:16 p.m. Friday night January 17th these particular people should not even work they suck at their job so bad me and three other people sat there at the counter waiting to order for 25-30 minutes just sitting there nobody even acknowledged us when we yelled at for help

I would not even give it 1 star but I had to.

I have been here 2 times in the pass month. I was on a 30 min lunch break Both times I was trying to eat in. As I work close. Both times I waited 10 mins to order i had cash only. After waiting 10 mins to order I also waited 20 mins for my food. The employees were very rude. Witnessed one customer come in she found a hair in her food. The manager was so rude to her. I am a leader/ work in customer service. I could not believe how the manager acted towards that customer. I ended up getting my food to go cause I waited 30 from the time I walked in to the time I left. I will not go back.

Slow! Crap customer service. She was rude and ignored us. Took 20 minutes from start til I got food. Only 3 people inside. And it's expensive to boot. Absolutely horrible place

Floor sticky. Gum stuck to side of the counter. Filthy drink station. Lackadaisical staff, just zero sense of urgency. They also seem angry? Took forever to make anything and then took forever to answer a question. Out of hot sauce out front: unacceptable. Food was predictably excellent.

An ABSOLUTE waste of time. We waited 20 minutes and finally left without food. There were people there who had been waiting 25 and 30 minutes without receiving their food.

The workers have no idea what they are doing, maybe faster in the drive thru, but there were people inside who said they did the drive thru and the food was wrong.

So take it as you will, but my advice would be AVOID this location like the plague if you value quality and your time.

The worker who attends the car service at 11:15 am is impertinent, not polite at all, I asked her which type did not have meat and she told me to read it and tell her that I didn't see and she didn't help me and insulted me. She is a girl with tan skin and black hair, she speaks a little Spanish.

It's not my first time ordering a nacho bellgrande! I know if I wanna see any meat, sour cream, or nacho cheese, I NEED TO PAY FOR EXTRA! ? Even after asking for & paying for all the extras I want, not only did I not receive extra, but there was barely any meat or sour cream! After asking if they could check the amount multiple employees peeked over & stated "that is extra..." one even replied, "if you think that's bad, you should see how it normally comes!"

It's not my first time having issues getting a decent amount of toppings, but after paying for extra I am baffled that I didn't get at least a normal amount, or an employee to rectify the situation!!!

I CAN PAY $12 AND GET A NACHO FULLY LOADED THAT I CAN'T EVEN FINISH AT A QUALITY RESTAURANT!!!
