Not one of the better Taco Bells. Staff was a bit unfriendly and appeared to not care about customer service. Taco was crushed, they didn't have enough cups, and there was food & trash on the floor even after server cleaned up. And they didn't know anything about half priced burritos - an advertised special for today's promotion. I'm hoping my next visit goes as well as other stores in this area.
It's easy to tell that the young man taking our order absolutely hates his job. There was no greeting when we stepped up to the counter, he very rarely made eye contact, & he never smiled.My husband ordered the #1 meal, I ordered a chalupa. We both ordered drinks, but we only got one cup. When we asked for a second cup they gave us a bad attitude about it, asking for the receipt. And then they gave me a small water cup instead of a soda cup.When I bit into the chalupa, I could tell it was an old shell. It wasn't hot and it was very CHEWY. I brought it back for a replacement, and stood there unseen for 5 minutes until we finally called out, "excuse us can you help?"The same guy came out. I didn't look for a name tag, but he was a skinny black guy. When I explained the problem and asked for a fresh one he stared at me blankly. While I was waiting for a fresh one, I went to the bathroom. The moment I opened the door I could smell poop. It was scattered in tiny pieces all over the floor. When I got back to the table and my chalupa was ready, I said let's get out of here. I ate the chalupa in our car and it was very good, it even had sour cream, which the first one lacked.I see there's lots of bad reviews here, but NO responses from management, so I doubt they read this page or care about their establishment. The staff desperately needs to be retrained.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

There was nobody up front so I ordered from the Kiosk. A gentleman walked in and ordered at the counter behind me. He immediately got his food. We waited and waited. An employee said what can I help you with and he was flat out rude. Said we had to wait for him to do the drive through first. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is always consistent in flavor and value for your money. This location seemed to have a minor quality control issue since two of my three hard tacos were broken. A spork took care of that! My husband also enjoyed his meal of a Chalupa and a Five-Layer Burrito.

Maxican pizza looks pretty bad. Would not buy if I know it looks like that.
I felt bad, because there was only one blonde sweet girl working, that I could see... She was polite and professional. Took out order while cleaning the whole restaurant by herself, and navigating through the drive-thru as well as customers coming inside.. We chose to eat inside. The food was cold, and not good at all! Probably the worst Taco Bell food I have ever had, and I go a lot!! The girl out front was amazing, but maybe the lack of staff made the food suffer...

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The chips on the nachos. Bell grande were so salty they were practically inedible. They asked if I wanted double meet on everything and I declined. This is what my taco look like on the inside.

I went about 8:25pm tonight. Food was great. Dining room was clean and pretty much empty. Employees are friendly. I passes by three other locations and went a little bit further than my destination "Webber street". Just to have my dinner made correctly by some pretty nice people in a clean environment. Thank you to whomever ever works around that time. Yall are great.
Let's be honest, it's Taco Bell. If your order is right, you win. Food is what it is. Don't expect a steak dinner experience for a drive-thru. Best of you want drinking food late night. I'm surprised at the prices to get food late night. Two people, it's at least $45. Four people, look to spend almost $75-100. Seriously. Inflation is real.
