Customer Service was top notch. The toppings were stale and the gummies had to be thrown out as soon as they tried to chew them. I would say most did not look fresh on the topping bar. The prices were really high, but I would rather give local than a big chain so that is okay with me. The place was really clean. We love this place and we're pleasantly surprised to see it in Sarasota! If you haven't been here before it's pay-by-ounce and you get to fill your bowl. Great for kids because they can decide how to make their own treat. ?
If you have allergies, they often have a vegan vanilla almond milk base! I can’t have most all ice cream at traditional places, but I usually have one choice here! It is delicious. They have plenty of topping options as well. 5 stars!!
