This place is consistently good for fast Mexican food. Never a long wait and always accurate on filling orders. Last time I was there, the person taking my order, Layla, was a total sweetheart. She was very kind and patient with me when I was a mess trying to put an order in from 7 different text messages. Our order was 100% I was really thankful for her. THANK YOU! Ps: love their hot sauce bar.

I visited Tijuana Flats and found the service from both employees to be attentive and friendly so nothing but great things to say about them. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet our expectations. The quality was lacking, and the flavors were not as vibrant as we hoped. We had three chicken burrito bowls, and while the service was commendable, the overall quality of the food was disappointing

Prices were a bit much & the food was...not bad but not great either. But I'd say the service alone would be a reason to return. They were very accommodating & helpful & for a place that basically runs like both a fast-food place & sit-down restaurant I figured that was a longshot. I even commented on how I'd understand it if they hated the fact that they had to act like waiters, asking if we wanted refills or needed anything else, & also as busboys, clearing our tables & trash, but they just smiled & said they didn't mind. Very professional & courteous & that's not something many places have any more. The manager or supervisor (I think) was super nice, both to us & his coworkers, another rarity.
Parking: It's a parking lot offered to anyone shopping or dining in that plaza
Kid-friendliness: Aside from the condiments area there wasn't much a kid could mess with & get hurt or get in trouble with. They also had a kids section on their menu
This food is amazing for Tex Mex burritos, and tacos. Their signature hot sauces are great too.

The people who work here are super sweet. The food here on the other hand was trash. I spent like 45 dollars in all on tacos that didn’t even have meat in them?? super soggy, queso was cold. My friends were cold it was like the meat wasn’t heated up? we barley ate any of it. Idk what the problem could be i just recommend trying another location.
